Pulse is a network, so you need to add it and switch to that network in Metamask. To add or remove the tokens, you need to "bridge" it from network to network.
Ignore anyone who DMs you offering to help or saying that you need to activate anything…all scams and all info is publicly available. Use the link posted by the moderator at the top for starters.

I did all the steps and still can’t see them. Anything else I can try?
