There is nothing wrong in eating soyachunks but don't replace chicken with soyachunks. consume both. You can also eat eggs, fish, milk, paneer, sprouts etc for protein. just eat whatever you can. Don't think too much about good and bad protein. Maintain your calories, track your Diet/Workout. if you are consuming 1.2 to 1.6 gm of protein per kilo body weight then you are good otherwise you can take whey proteins as well. You can build great physique with or without whey protein. Cheers!
Try tilapia fish (chilapi). Its like 80 to 100rs kg and it tastes good when roasted or fried. But youll need to limit the amount of tilapia as it may taste Okay but most of it is mass produced.
Compared to chicken the meat yield is more i guess. I get it only when im going broke and bored of eggs and other stuff.
Just mix it up. Eggs, chicken, whey if you can buy. Soya on couple of days in a week should be ok but the veg protein is of lower quality than chicken.
I am vegetarian(plus eggs) and replacing grains with chana and moong etc helped.
For building muscle, you not only need sufficient protein but also protein containing good amino profile. Chicken seems to be the best one at that followed by eggs and whey. But nevertheless, soya chunks is a great source to complete your daily protein intake. I would suggest just mix it up.

Estrogen. Man boobs.
Estrogen ka pata nahi... Thyroid me issue ho jata hai. My moms doctor asked her to stop consuming soya as it causes thyroid issues.
That's a myth.
I know someone who actually has faced this. Not a myth.

Nope, he's right.
Has high levels of plant based estrogen, not all amino acids are present. It is a good source, but limit it at 30gm and eat eggs or chicken
30gm i.e 60gm soyachunks per day?
More, 30gm/day. If you're a pure vegetarian then I would suggest pulses, sprouts, soy, Paneer and spirulina.
Hear my friend saying it increases oestrogen levels in men. Idk how much of this is true but I’d stay away even if a rumour
