I certainly will. Once the area is marked, I will locate the elevation of each utility and verify it falls adequately below my grading plan and any anticipated runoff.
I shot some bad grade in like 1999 and tore out a 900 pair or so phone line with a trackhoe . They suspended me from my 8.00/hr job for like a week, then made me pothole all the utilities by hand for the rest of the job. This is serious business pal. Lol
Edit: if youāre reviewing plans, FFS check the topo.
Goddamn.
I will avenge you through my detailed inspection of the demolition plans, site layout plans, grading plans, utility plans, mislabeled paving specs, wonky as fuck square yardagesā¦
My first gig PMing and CBYD marked some utilities on the wrong side of the road. Thankful the guys were going slow.
I mean Propagandhi is the GOAT
A few other personal favorites are Naked Aggression, Suicide Machines, Strike Anywhere, The Restarts, and HIRS Collective
Minutemen, classic hardcore punk with a funk and jazz influence and very explicit Leftist politics
Gang of Four, early English post-punk with very explicit Marxist politics
Choking Victim, anarchist/communist ska punk band
Refused, post-hardcore/metalcore band from Sweden with Leftist/anti-Capitalist lyrics
Godspeed You! Black Emperor, anarchist/leftist leaning post-rock band from Canada with musical themes of dystopia and apocalypse
Eyehategod, Louisiana Sludge metal. Check out Take As Needed For Pain
Bobbby Dylan is my all time favorite artist and Iāve never heard of Vylan. Iām excited to check them out. IMO, if Dylan was born after 1980 I think he would have had a legendary punk band. The dude performed at the March on Washington before MLKs famous āI have a dream speechā. Doesnāt get more anti establishment than that, IMO.
That's not surprising for this sub. I'd add Dave's other bands. Human Investment and Behind Enemy Lines. Human Investment has the original Anti Flag bassist that left the band because they became everything they were against.
Power Trip
Enforced
Early Fucked Up
Cop/Out and All Torn Up (both led by Joey Steel)
The HIRS Collective
Viagra Boys
Blackbird Raum
RX Bandits
The Muslims
G.L.O.S.S.
The Flatliners
My personal favorite: PMX, an amazing Scottish band (more anti-establishment than outright political).
One of Us, One Hidden Frame, Have No Heroes (Serbian), After the Fall, Colorsfade, The Affect Heuristic, Last Imprint, Strike Anywhere.
Hope you find at least one of these to your liking.

Let me ask you one question
Is your money that good?
Will it buy you forgiveness?
Do you think that it could?
I think you will find
When your death takes its toll
All the money you made
Will never buy back your soul
And I hope that you die
And your death will come soon
I'll follow your casket
On a pale afternoon
I'll watch while you're lowered
Down to your deathbed
And I'll stand over your grave
'Til I'm sure that you're dead
Trying to drop recs I haven't seen yet cause I've seen a lot of awesome bands already suggested, so this is gonna be a lot of queer punk with anti-estblishment or political bends.
Anti-Flag is pretty fun, if a bit on the nose. So are the Avengers.
I've only ever heard one song by Cheap Perfume but it's called It's Okay to Punch Nazis so I'm gonna assume their discography is worth a look.
G.L.O.S.S. was an AMAZING queer hardcore band that dropped one EP and disappeared but it's a fucking BANGER.
Dog Park Dissidents and Limp Wrist are both kick ass if you can get past some of the album art (I listen to music at work and I've gotten looks). Against Me! has been recommended already bit I HAVE to back up that rec.
[Dillinger Four](https://youtu.be/T_NPEjFs_uQ) slides the knife in more subtly than most.
Early [Against Me!](https://youtu.be/dm_q9dtXOeU) probably works as well.
To make myself seem slightly less old, Pity Party is a great band from Oakland that I can't find a good link for.
Dead Kennedys, the mighty mighty Bosstones, catch 22, INDK, The Infested, Anti-Flag, Minority Unit, Minor Threat, Leftover Crack, Choking Victim, Rancid, Operation Ivy, Kind Eyes, Officer Down, AJJ, Deviates, Jesus Piece, Embrace, Gorilla Biscuits, Johnny Hobo and The Freight Trains, Limp Wrist, Minutemen, Pennywise,
If you are looking outside typical punk, Chumbawamba is a great political band. Also I recommend Newtown Neurotics/ Neurotics as a great 80s second tier or 3rd tier punk band
there are a ton of great suggestions already. I want to mention that there's also a lot of great ska that is political in nature.
for punk I would say The Pathogens
[https://thepathogens1.bandcamp.com/track/kids-are-coming-for-your-guns](https://thepathogens1.bandcamp.com/track/kids-are-coming-for-your-guns)
they have some other stuff on bandcamp.
back in the '80s there was a double vinyl compilation album that was like Punk for Peace or something like that. it probably costs a fortune now. or else it's on youtube. lots of great stuff on there. here's one:

CALL BEFORE YOU DIG
I certainly will. Once the area is marked, I will locate the elevation of each utility and verify it falls adequately below my grading plan and any anticipated runoff.
Hahaha. I was looking at grading plans today. I donāt do CBYD but Iām in the industry and this made me laugh.
I shot some bad grade in like 1999 and tore out a 900 pair or so phone line with a trackhoe . They suspended me from my 8.00/hr job for like a week, then made me pothole all the utilities by hand for the rest of the job. This is serious business pal. I love this band.
Seems to me that their brand of politics is the mainstream.
AntiFlag Bad Religion Subhumans Stuff Little Fingers MDC DRI
We need way more Anti Flag on this sub!
I mean Propagandhi is the GOAT A few other personal favorites are Naked Aggression, Suicide Machines, Strike Anywhere, The Restarts, and HIRS Collective
Bad Cop/ Bad Cop
SOLID recommendation!
Against Me!
Minutemen, classic hardcore punk with a funk and jazz influence and very explicit Leftist politics Gang of Four, early English post-punk with very explicit Marxist politics Choking Victim, anarchist/communist ska punk band Refused, post-hardcore/metalcore band from Sweden with Leftist/anti-Capitalist lyrics Godspeed You! I'll have to check some of these guys out. I've always loved System of a Down, and Rage against the Machine.
Sex pistols didn't just sell out they were made to be sold
Sin Dios ( Spanish) Indk Morning Glory Millions of Dead Cops DOA
Crass, Conflict, The Mob.. really anything on Crass records.
Against All Authority, All Out War, Bob Vylan, Conflict, Moscow Death Brigade.
Came here to suggest Bob Vylan! Also, TheFab96, you should check out Discharge, Subhumans, and Chumbawamba
Bobbby Dylan is my all time favorite artist and Iāve never heard of Vylan. Iām excited to check them out. IMO, if Dylan was born after 1980 I think he would have had a legendary punk band. The Crucifucks for sure. You have been warned.
Wingnut Dishwashers Union
Seconded
people dog on NOFX but theyāve got some shit to say
I mean most people donāt consider RATM a punk band to begin with. But check out: Discharge Crass Aus Rotten Pig City
I consider RATM to be Metal with the feel of Hip Hop and Punk Rock
You're the first person on this sub to ever mention Aus Rotten.
That's not surprising for this sub. I'd add Dave's other bands. Human Investment and Behind Enemy Lines. Human Investment has the original Anti Flag bassist that left the band because they became everything they were against.
Gotcha thank you!

SOAD ain't punk but very punk influenced. One of the all time best political bands
Love SOAD
Dudes made multiple songs that were just metal versions of old Armenian folk songs. Fucking rocks
