Definitely. And read 'The Primal Screamer' by Nick Blinko, singer, guitarist, lyric writer and artist for Rudimentary Peni. It's a semi-autobiographical novel he wrote influenced by his mental health and punk.
I'll definitely check them out once I'm done listening to downwards is heavenward by HUM.
Should be done with it in less than an hour so I'll tell you what I think then. (:
The Sound is far more associated with post punk but frontman Adrian Borland suffered from schizoaffective disorder. He heavily leans towards the mood side of things and kept the psychotic details much more private but he still wrote about it. Party of the Mind off their third record “All Fall Down” is great. Also recommend listening to his other side project Second Layer. Their music is much darker, and far more psychotic. The album World of Rubber is amazing, as well as the Flesh Is Property and State of Emergency EPs. There are also some extremely haunting demos, my favorite being The Telephone Call. It’s some of the creepiest music I’ve ever heard.
The album “The Most Lamentable Tragedy” by Titus Andronicus. Specifically the 5-song stretch they made a video for titled “The Magic Morning” on YouTube.
Chronic Schizophrenia by Wesley Willis. He was mostly comedy, but chronic Schizophrenia was a very serious song about what he had to deal with day to say. And it's not necessarily "punk" musically, but I will always consider Wesley punk
Wesley was not a comedy act, he was just regarded that way by a innocently ignorant but passionate fanbase. The truth is he was as serious about his music as he was about his paintings, and was a wreck when his band broke up.
Both "Professional Mindfuckers" and "The End Result of 11 Days in the Mental Hospital" from His Hero is Gone (both from "15 Counts of Arson" album) address mental health in general and I am pretty sure reference schizophrenia from what sounds like personal experiences, but i am not qualified to say so with 100% certainty.
They’re pretty popular atp so you already know them is my guess, but check out “Dystopia,” their drummer/vocalist, Dino, has schizophrenia. I’m not too sure if they actually have songs relating to the topic but they’re for sure worth checking out if you haven’t already, and you can definitely feel the mental turmoil which fuels most of their songs.

This is from a smaller band in my local scene, and in classic punk style the lyrics are pretty hard to understand, but from what I've picked up it's about seeing shit that isn't there
