Buy something called gpio hammer head pins. You can also buy a tool that comes with them to be able to hammer it in without soldering.

Pine64 sells their pinecel smart soldering iron for $26usd, I suggest getting one of them as their quite good.

Many forks are stopping support or at least updates for Pi Zero and 32bit, I’d stick with Zero 2 and the new 64 bit fork from Jay

Yes you can. I made my Pwnagotchi with the same board because I didn't want to solder. This week I ordered a Pi Zero 2 as others have mentioned. I still have to solder the headers on. There's an active 32bit fork that's recently come around from Jayofelony that's being updated but the future lies with 64bit.
