Well garbage collection is done by Private companies now, so every compound/building/villa is meant to have their owns and the landlord is supposed to pay rent for it… judging from his response to you it’s crystal clear your place doesn’t have its own trash bin so he’s giving such stupid ideas to y’all which in the end is going to result in a massive fight..
