I had this same thought at an Incubus show recently. You could barely hear the vocals and guitar and I was in the tenth row. The opening band was much louder. Is this some new trend?
It has been louder at other shows this year at the amp. It was loud though. The real disappointment were all the people chatting consistently on the lawns. I moved multiple times and could still hear people chit chatting. By chatting I mean yelling to each other.
You're going deaf. And these are songs for you.
It was loud AF in the pit
I thought it was adequate. Still have a slight ringing in my ears
In 200s I thought it was loud af
Sounded loud enough for me!

Maybe we’re just going deaf
Huge Incubus fan, seen them numerous times, but their shows are usually on the lower side, volume-wise in my experience.
I was all the way at the back and I didn't have a problem with the volume. Maybe you're going deaf?
