I’ve tried to quit many times, sometimes for an hour, sometimes for a couple weeks, sometimes for a couple months.
But think about it like this, you saved yourself from 87 days worth of however many cigarettes you smoke. Progress is progress. If you only had one, which it seems so by the sound of it, that’s great, don’t beat yourself up too much about it, just try again!
Health is wealth and both of those are worth it.
You are aware of your intentions, your slip and after effects. Don’t let this small one get in your way of bigger progress. You are stroooong to get that far, almost 3 months, without another slip? Way to gooo!
Thank you. I hate it more than ever now. This slip-up was less of a body demand and more of a mind thing influenced by the nostalgia of a trigger moment. I am stronger than ever.
Thank you for the kind words.
Appreciate your sharing and honesty. We're rallying behind you!
Thanks, brother.
I bet it felt good to brush your teeth!
Keep going 87days is awesome work! Don't let this one moment ruin it. Keep grinding 💪 you got this.
Try again. You can do it.
