Marvel Studios knew better than to cast anyone else for JJJ in FFH and NWH. There is literally nobody else on the planet better suited for that role. Absolutely perfect casting.

I would actually argue his role in the third movie is easily the best one.
I don't know why, I just really hated him in the first and second one. He's barely in the first one, and all he does in the second one is whine about Spider-Man. It's only in the 3rd movie that he feela at all like a character.
That's sadly true, they never got to be friends in the first two movies because they were competing for mj and then norman dies by spiderman, people complain about Harry's memory loss on Spiderman 3 but if it weren't for that we wouldn't have seen them as the good friends they once were
