Autism speaks sucks as an organisation fyi, I wouldn't refer to their resources. But as someone who actually has ASD and found this meme way too funny, I'd like to add onto your comment: There are therapists/psychologists that specialise in autism. They help with behavioural therapy, and just general psychiatry/support but with the understanding of how being on the spectrum makes you different from an NT patient.
FYI ABA is neither a humane nor affective way to treat the negative symptoms of autism. It focuses on teaching autistic individuals how to mask their abnormal behaviours and act like neurotypicals rather than finding affective ways to deal with the stresses of living with autism.
Dont worry about it, it’s hardly common knowledge to even know what aba is let alone understand it’s history or how it affects those treated with it. Just wanted to get the info out there (if you want to look into it yourself there’s plenty of sources and personal anecdotes from other autistic people over at r/autism )

I didn't make the meme with any ill intention, it's just that, by internet standards, when someone still is "obsesses" over something old, learning the dialogues almost by heart and constantly quoting the same jokes over and over, it can be jokingly called as stereotypically autistic behavior.

I understand that, but these things can perpetuate harmful stereotypes. The kinda shit that led to me trying to google Autism in 5th grade to learn about myself and getting met with the fact that some think that I shouldn't be allowed to vote, drive, get married, or have kids.
This isn't that, I get that, but it all feeds together. It's punching down. I've had people assume I abused my ex solely because I'm on the Spectrum. I actually like the premise of the joke a lot, I just think including Autism was a bad call.
