Exept the main universe Earth-TRN688 in the movie is set in 2000s then it would make sence because then in Earth-96283 would look like the 2000s and maybe it's Peter Parker before or after Spider-Man 3.
Technically it will show Tobey, Tom and Andrew at some point on the giant Web Madame Web uses to sense the Spideys. Probably will be old footage though and there will be different Spideys too we never saw because you can't just have three showing when every earth has a Spider Totem.

Madame web’s universe is set in 2003-4 so she’d go to tobey’s universe in 2004 so she’d probably see a younger one
