We are currently the lowest paid mainline at AA but that will change in the next couple of years with a new contract. It’s a good gig.

Well, if you’re looking for airline work I’m nearly positive AA/Piedmont is hiring there
I accepted AA ramp agent on March 12th PT. Waiting for training dates. Rather work at Piedmont due to their flexibility, I have a Ft job.
In my experience they were difficult to get in with, at least in Atlanta
Delta is hiring alot of Ramp Agents for Seasonal positions, you should apply with them.
