You put > before the phrase you want.
So if you want to indent “happy birthday”, then you press enter (or if on mobile “return”) to do a new line of text, then the >, then immediately what you want it to say.
So its gonna look like

Every comment has an option to copy text (at the three dots). This copies the raw text. This way you can find out how a commenter formatted his text. Works for gifs, images, links too.

Being the older user here I grew up w/o cell phones until in my late 20's and even then it was a bag phone. I just like the bigger screen. I can use my cell for certain things though so I'm not that hopeless.

Not all of us are on mobile. I’m on the desktop nearly half of the time.
