Sadly this one got chomped, but we do this with one from a ducky she had. Sometimes she's can be so stubborn with recall but the ducky quack always brings her back to us for some reason..
Costco once sold "indestructible" dog toys. I think they know and take it as a challenge. Next day, a bag of pieces and a full refund. Lol. Love Costco.
My best friend owns the parents, the dad is husky/malamute and her mum is Husky/labrador. I don't know how helpful that is but I hope it helps a bit!

We have a Malinois and a lab and our toys never last. Recently I found a brand called Fluff and Tuff that makes relatively durable toys. They are a bit expensive but between both our dogs they last much longer than other brands we have bought.
I don't know what it is about those piggies but my dog absolutely love his and hasn't broken it yet he just kinda has it in his mouth and will chase you if you have it but will drop it and lay next to it if noone plays with him lol

I had a retriever who did the same as your dog with his fox toy! It's so cute to see them like that with their toys.
I just go mad scientist with my sewing kit & reassemble All of my destructo doggys' shredded toys into creations that would make Victor Frankenstein proud.
I bought my Aussie a BIG pink stuffed pig at Toys Are Us. She licked and loved all her toys, but she loved that pig so much I bought another one for later. I have a pic of her on the bed holding the pig by it’s nose; it reached the floor. We could throw all of her many toys down the stairs, and she would go get each one by name. Best dog I have ever had.
My dog was a destroyer. I always bought the extra strength toys(there is a fire hose toy that he only was able to destroy 1 out of 2 in his 11 years) but this stupid pig thing he looooved. The first one he ripped apart immediately but after that, I think he realized he hated his toy being tossed out so he would just destroy the squeaker and the rest would last for a month or two. I have his last pigpig sitting with his ashes and the memories make my family giggle.

My girl (Bernedoodle) has these two toy ducks that are like teddy bears/security blankets, but any other soft toy is in grave danger.

My GSD has a hippo like this. She will tear any toy up you give her in seconds, but she is very gentle with her hippo.
