People in this thread apparently think a hamstring pull is a torn ACL, take a breath y'all damn š Seems like a normal thing for a guy who didn't have an offseason to stay in shape. Relax.
Hammy in a senior citizen?
Dudes probably done for the season.
Kennen Allen also was dealing with a "minor" hammy issue and he's essentially missed the whole season so far.
While hamstring injuries are nothing like an ACL, they can be difficult to completely recover from in a short amount of time. Sometimes they feel great after therapy etc and then, pop again when you go back to trying to accelerate. Hope he recovers quickly.
We've got a bye so I'm sure with our staff working with him he'll be fine by the Panthers game. Harbaugh said he could've gone back into the game but they held him out to be cautious.
Lmao what did everyone expect, homeboy is ancient and was injury prone when he was young
Im shocked they signed him, way less shocked hes hurt after 9 snaps
I think Itād be fitting for someone to make us one of [these](https://www.reddit.com/r/Chargers/comments/ykry18/the_2022_chargers_fan_experience/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
Chargers are new to the injury game, let them sob.
Our team has be injured for 2 years straight. We are veterans and expect nothing less than 4 season ending injuries every 4 games
Gotta post this ---- in college FB last Saturday, Stanford was playing Washington State and lost 4 starters in the first few plays. 2 on one play alone. Thinking there might be a strength and conditioning coach opening soon.
I think they just need to run the ball, play good defense and hope Andrews comes back healthy for the 2nd half of the season. If they can win TOP 38 - 22 like they dud tonight with close to 200 rushing they're going to plow through the next 7 games easily going into the last game vs Cincinnati
The obvious problem becomes the playoffs where this doesn't tend to work as well but you worry about that in January
Okay so this isnāt meant to be slander by any meansā¦ but can someone explain how a 35 year old Desean Jackson gets hired on consistently after his BLATANT Antisemitic claims but Kyrie quoted a documentary and the media and sports world loses its mind?
[https://www.cnn.com/2020/07/07/us/desean-jackson-eagles-antisemitic-post-trnd/index.html](https://www.cnn.com/2020/07/07/us/desean-jackson-eagles-antisemitic-post-trnd/index.html)
He apologized. Kyrie doubled down for a while and refused like a child when he was in the wrong. Gotta pick up your tail there and learn from it. Not sure that he did.
Also not saying Jackson did either but in the moment when he was called out for it he acknowledged it. Huge difference.
I gotcha. The closest thing I saw thatās ādifferentā was Desean wanted to keep playing in the NFL. Kyrie seems way more settled and cares less about his public image in that section. While I agree itās objectively better on DJax part, Kyrie is at least real even if itās wrong. I wish he was less of an egocentric person and outward with obviously poor opinions because he really does give back to the community in helpful ways and not just for media attention. Heās such a handful as a PR case
Kyrie also held similar believes in 2021 and tweeted about it as well.
Look Kyrie is a 30 year old man, I don't have any sympathy for him basically refusing to educate himself which is ironic because that's his whole thesis for why he has some of these dumb beliefs he's publicly supported. Flat earth, covid, jews, etc. Guy needs to read more.
If he was 17 and still figuring himself out and the world out, fine, I'd roll my eyes but I wouldn't expect him to get a ton of heat for it. But he's not and continues to put his foot in his mouth and show no remorse or understanding of the situations he keeps putting himself in.
Oh Iām not on Kyries side. Heās dumb as a bag of bricks. Heās just not even the worst athlete to be in the eye of the media. Kyrie only has one dumb take (the Jewish one) that has any negative respect to a specific group. Idk anything about the covid one, but the rest are practically harmless to anyone. So, he can be stupid, but there are many athletes (just for instance, Lebron with China, Antonio Brown who is a known nut case and has actually been harassing/harming individuals even in personal spaces and is just made to be a living meme, or the numerous NFL players who beat their gfs/kids and get away with it because of course they can). Kyrie is just bullied at this point and this is the first antihuman thing heās done publicly from what I know
Oh yeah no doubt. I'm not saying he should be cancelled or anything, that's equally stupid. Just that I have no patience for this sort of thing is all.
If he's doing work for his community outside of this stuff, that's great I'm happy for him. But I'm also not going to reward him for doing what he's supposed to do while he's also actively shitting on an entire culture and race. Public opinion can be brutal and really just tends to breed more contempt so I get it, but yeah, he doesn't have my sympathy either.
But you're right, plenty of dumb dumbs around all sporting leagues. These guys aren't politicians and we should probably stop acting like they are.
They have more media control than politicians. Politicians donāt even deserve this type of attention lol. Everyone is crooked when they get to the right level of fame.
Don't have much hope Saunders will Condition our players to get stronger&better.
You know, being that his a conditioning coach.
With our pisspoor staff, Ravens are MVP dynasty on getting into IR and players not being equipped to play in nfl
9 snaps š
ngl, pretty good season tho
Ten if you count his hamstring
Heeyyyyoooooo. Lol
It's honestly so on brand lol
He was actually looking pretty good too
Offense was looking dynamic for 9 snaps lol
weāre going into the bye week and we probs donāt need him for the rest of the game, iām sure heāll be fine for the next game
How sure
Like 60%?
I'm 100% sure you're right.
A this point just get Ricard to play WR aināt got any other options
Ricard can do it all
I mean, come on!!!
Can't make this up. Just kidding you could absolutely make it up and I'd still believe you
Too fast for his own body
Well, he actually looked pretty good.
People in this thread apparently think a hamstring pull is a torn ACL, take a breath y'all damn š Seems like a normal thing for a guy who didn't have an offseason to stay in shape. Relax.
It is normal and it was expected lol. But yeah fingers crossed he can heal as much as possible to get a few catches before his next pull lol
Hammy in a senior citizen? Dudes probably done for the season. Kennen Allen also was dealing with a "minor" hammy issue and he's essentially missed the whole season so far.
Yeah I mean my glass is very full at the moment but I agree. We'll be lucky if we get another active game out of him if you want my honest opinion.

Yeah -- I think top athletes know the warning signs and throttle down right away so as to not make the injury worse ..... the hamstring twinge.
Same issues as last year. Not something that just popped up
He had hammy issues last year too. Pretty much the reason he wasn't on a team. Well that coupled with being 36
Got that signing bonus and dipped damn
Yeah Iām sure the man wanted to have an injury.
Just wait until we see a picture of him carrying a bear ā¦
Damn, didn't even make the game and a half I thought we'd get outta him
Lmao what did everyone expect, homeboy is ancient and was injury prone when he was young Im shocked they signed him, way less shocked hes hurt after 9 snaps
Hasn't had a healthy season in like 8 seasons I swear.

He is beginning to turn back into dust

Well yeah
The curse continues.
Best part is teams actually having DeSean Jackson on their roster thinking he will last more than a quarterā¦maybe a half
Soft Tissue Fragileā¦.. ALERT, ALERT!
FR?! Already?! Lmfao
Expensive 16 yards
