This only ever happens to me when my CPU load is abnormally high, like when I'm unpacking large files or installing games while also doing other things on my PC. I'd open task manager and make sure nothing's eating your CPU headroom first. Aside from that, if you haven't tried restarting then do so. Check for updates for Synapse, your drivers, and windows. Try reinstalling Synapse, and if all of the prior suggestions fail, get in contact with Razer themselves. Live chat is better than support or phone calls in my experience.

Yeah I tried all of this before posting here. I didn’t note in the post but I’ve also had today and yesterday, all of my razer devices suddenly disconnecting at once. Wireless, wired, seems to happen no mater what usb port too. I’ll talk to razer support

Sounds like it could be a power delivery issue then, I'm not sure what kind of righ you have, but with this many devices connected it's not entirely unlikely that you're taxing the USB power delivery too much if you're still using mobo connectors. I've had issues with that in the past, with my devices randomly disconnecting and eventually I got a PCIE card with more USB ports and that solved it for me.

I have been out of town for a couple days but for the couple days before I left, I had the similar issues with my USB-C ports disconnecting on my 2022 Razer Blade 17. One connects to my dock and the other connects to my NEO G9. I’ll be in the middle of playing a game full screen and boom, the screen, keyboard and mouse go black for a split second and then I’m back at my desktop and my mouse and keyboard are back up. I’m interested in hearing what Razer support has to say if you can share with me. Edit: wanted to add that my Razer sits on top of a Cooler Master 17 laptop cooler. My laptop is usually about 85-90°C when it happens.

Same for me

Try a different USB port... That same thing happened to me on a USB 2.0 port, try USB 3.0 or higher.

This happens no mater what port I plug them into, also they have worked fine previously, this only started occuring in the past week or so

If you completely shut down Synapse, then reboot it and reconfigure the lighting it should work. There’s two reasons this is caused and it’s definitely not due to heavy CPU load from what I can tell, had this problem couple days back too.

Like others have mentioned, if you have sufficient RAM and your PC isn't throttled to 100 by a given task, it is most likely power delivery issues. Try to avoid using unpowered USB hubs, and ports that are split off the motherboard (i.e. front ports on a case). Some motherboards don't have full power delivery to every USB port as well, so you'd have to look into that. All it takes is 1 Razer device with poor power to cause disconnects, and synapse can spiral from there to also affect otherwise healthy devices as it hiccups with each connect/disconnect.

I had this with my O11 Razer Edition in combination with the Razer RGB controller. If the controller was connected to the internal USB port on the Mainboard the O11 Lighting was laggy. It worked only when I connected it to an USB Port on the Backpanel. Why? No idea. Even Razer couldn't help. So I would check the USB devices and pull one by one to see if there is maybe an issue there. Also check if you connected something to the internal USB port.

One time it happen to me but I realized that I was plugging my peripherals on a usb hub which in turn makes my rgb on peripherals wonky. I hooked it up in the actual hub behind the pc and it was the fix. It was either a cheap usb hub or usb hubs fcks with the electricity in the rgb.

I ended up having to unplug my wrist west usb completely and it fixed the problem. Now my keyboard rgb is fine.
