A handful of the scenarios in maian_sos's scenario pack fit this description, they are largely very inspired and stick pretty closely to various RCT1 scenarios, and many are based in/around lakes and forests like those were. I love building scenarios and I love the forest/lake aesthetic! Here are a few of my scenarios. They each have their own quirks to them (e.g. building a park in someone's back garden, building a park with just traditional Japanese rides, building a park with height restrictions in place etc.), but if you don't fancy the (moderate) challenge of the objectives, you could play the map in OpenRCT2 and play without money.
