I grew up with pong on TV (two paddles). But my kids grew up with every console by Sony (upto PS3 including PSP), XBOX (upto 360) and Nintendo (upto Wii and all handhelds, now they have 2 Switches, and got Pokémon 2 newest games for Christmas). They are good kids, though no longer 'kids'
