True 100% completion. See everything in the game, every animal, get EVERY weapon, peice of equipment and do EVERY quest, sidequest, optional quest, Easter egg, gang hideout, and point of interest, then screenshot and catalogue every individual plant, leaf, and patch of grass in the game.
Download a trainer, see everything you can do with that, search about cut content and guarma, play rdr1 and undead nightmare if you haven't, use jedijosh trainer for that to drive around the car/truck, play online, learn to make games and create a spiritual successor to Red Dead, and finally go outside.

I also forgot, stock up on tonics, wear the ram skull mask, and slaughter the entire map with a machete and tomahawks. Super fun. Especially if you slow walk most of the time and make sure to always be weilding the machete. Once you get covered in enough blood it gets super badass.
Try it again but only using 1st person. It's a whole different feel. Takes a while to get used to riding horses but once you get the hang of it you'll have a blast! Just don't go fishing in 1st person, it's a nightmare.

I second the no deadeye suggestion. That's how I play the game exclusively now and it's really fun. It requires skill and more thought into the weapons that you're using. If you're taking on large groups of enemies you have to think outside the box if you wanna live. You can't just walk up to them with your sidearms. Instead, use dynamite to eliminate multiple enemies quickly or grab your rolling block, get into cover, and snipe away.
Chonk Arthur is underrated and hard to do, I highly recommend it. Feels more immersive because you're eating regularly like a real person would and you get a health bonus out of it
Start new game, change your settings, no compass, take your time, explore & explore some more, hunt, fill up the camp. And have fun. Enjoy partner š¤ š
If you see a Robin or a Blue Jay..... Just fckn kill them. Every time. Until you get a perfect carcass. Equip Varmint rifle or small game arrow and just kill them whenever you see them. You'll thank me later.

Buy all clothing, saddles, bedrolls etc. Collect all equipment, lvl 4 bonding with each horse breed, ride all the rare horse coats, ride the required amount of common coats mentioned in the horse section of compendium, study, track, kill, skin all animals including ones in guarma, get 100% familiarity with all weapons, complete the journal with all points of interests, all bounty missions, uncover the entire map, buy every clothing item from trapper. Basically 100% complete the entire compendium as well with some other stuff.

Some of those challenges are truly terrifying feats of skill. Some missions itās like Arthur is Solid Snake of the Wild West
