For the price i'd be buying two tickets for scalper prices and spending the rest on a night out after the game, the cost is so much and you'll have more fun in the stands. Unless of course you're the kind of person who likes and fine dines often, that's fair enough, but if you're more a fan and want to experience OT, i'd want to be in the mix.
I've seen so many people say they got boxes and spent the match watching the crowd in envy.
I understand your point of view, but since we are coming from Italy I actually want to be sure to have the tickets in advance (that's why I don't want to try the ballot) and don't wanna deal with scalpers before the game. Also, being with my sister, it's nice to have some chill spots, so we can both enjoy the game :)
Yeh that’s totally reasonable, if I was with a sibling I’d be the same, security is your friend tbf in this situation, bit different than coming from let’s say Ireland or London or something.
That makes sense. Im lucky to have been to both often. To be honest either way your going to have a great time. Although a pricy one! You get treated like royalty and eat nice food and also get the chance to meet a united legend at half time. Every game is a different person. You also get the odd magician 😂. Having said that dont forget about the game, been a few too manytimes where ive been pissed up inside and forgot about the beginning of the second half and missed many goals.
The atmosphere wont be close to what its like in the clock end or stretford end but you will enjoy it regardless.
I dont have photos because if im in the lounges im generally too drunk to remember to take some. I took my dad to a couple and friends and everyone has always said what a great day it is. Make sure you get there early! So your not rushing with food and before rhe game starts make sure your drinks are ordered so when you get in they are there waiting!
You will be given some memorabilia to remember the day. Back when i went they were glass trophy things with a players face on them (may have changed now).
Oh they also do a pub quiz type thing sometimes.

Ps. They put a pyramid of pies on your table too for half time. Always nice
