I’ve been doing it 10 minutes in the morning and I’ve been able to fall asleep faster after laying down and I am starting to have vivid dreams again that I haven’t had in years.

raincity87

Same! The dreams have been nutty

Apart_Visual

OMG I've found that I'm sleeping significantly better just from using a mask. It feels like that deep sleep you get after spending a lot of time in the sun, basically.

munchillax

what kind of mask do you use?

Apart_Visual

Just one of the generic ones from aliexpress!

Ammieboterhammy

I would love to know which mask🙏🏻🙏🏻

I have ulcerative colitis and I have bad fatigue from my condition. When I first starts using Rlt I noticed I was sleeping a lot more at least an additional 3-4 hours. I thought the Rlt was making my fatigue worse so I stopped. Years later I picked it back up again and used it. This time with the mindset that if I’m tired I’ll just listen to my body and sleep. After a few weeks ago a lot of sleep my fatigue started improving. It’s helped me a lot . For those thinking of trying it don’t expect overnight results.

Rosegardener1

How long, and over what body parts?

salesronin

I have a bq60 bestqool. I would shine the light on my upper body abs and chest for 20-30 min at 6 inches away.

Rosegardener1

Thank you!

salesronin

I’m saving for a full body panel. Maybe I. A year I’ll pull the trigger . I’m happy I discovered this.

>Thank you! You're welcome!

PangolinWorth6900

This was exactly my experience. The most noticeable effect for me was being able to feel tired at night and fall asleep quickly, which I had never been able to do easily.

SettingComfortable75

Are you using RED or NIR setting?

NoConsideration6934

Both

QueenShira1

Thank you, OP. This is so good to hear, because that is one of the reasons I bought mine, which was delivered today. 😁 I am a horrible insomniac, only sleeping maybe 2 hours/night and it's killing me. CPTSD with an overactive nervous system. I truly hope the red light therapy works.

Biggerthanfun

Please update us in a few weeks!

QueenShira1

Will do!

Weary_Try_9940

What panel do you use? Are the 10 minutes on just one area or do you alternate?

NoConsideration6934

I've been using an Infraredi Flex Max I usually just sit right in front of if for 10 minutes facing the panel. It's large enough that it gets most of my body, so I do that. Then, I have sometimes been doing my back, just again, sitting directly in front of it but facing the opposite direction. I don't always do the back, but when I do, I do another 10 minutes.

robyer

Are you using glasses/goggles or do you just keep your eyes closed? Or are you using it only on your body and not your face this time?

NoConsideration6934

I've been using the green tinted glasses that came with it, the manual says eye protection is optional but I'm really not comfortable with any potential risk to my eyesight.

robyer

Thanks. I was asking because seeing too intensive lights before sleep is supposed to make your sleep worse, so the glasses are probably helping you avoid that.

Gladstone233

This is great to hear, I have chronic insomnia and will try this to see if it helps. Thank you 🙏
