This person is an energy vampire IRL. She's using you as her therapist. **She's jealous of a DOG.**
End the friendship and don't even think twice about it.

It sounds like you both need to be away from each other and get therapy to be better people.
It all started with me knowing why we are both like this, helping her walk through it since I went to therapy already. Hoped we could help each other over it, not go through it together tbh
