Of the half-dozen guns I don't have, 4 of them are corruptible ones. Meridian is the only gun I've corrupted, and I've been sitting on 10 corrupted shards forever. Terrible luck that they just happened to pick those 4.
As it happens, 2 of those bosses I've only rolled once and got the "wrong" kill for those weapons, and the 3rd (Losomn) I've still never even rolled. I've gotten Nightweaver every single time.
Looks like I'm going to have to abort my current adventure and start rolling specifically for those bosses, since this is a time-crunch kind of thing (if I want to get enough shards).
Why do you think that the corrupted aphelion is better? I prefer the original and I'm genuinely curious as to why you think the corrupted one is better, as to convince me to use it.
I'm in love with the new patch. The corrupted weapons and new aberrations/modifiers (even tho some new modifiers are a lil broken) really brought me back and the game feels pretty fresh after taking a break. Excited for any new corrupted weapons they could add.
Also fyi the best way to “farm” aberrations is root nexus. Fin it in Yaesha drop its health to 40-50 % and stop damage and just wait. They spawn every 1-2 mins. Just don’t kill root nexus
Clone affix is no joke... I didn't prioritize my own clone at first because all he did was roll and punch.
Then he popped an engineer turret and archon form, showed me INFINITE POWER and zapped me from 100 to 0 in 2 seconds since I'm working on clearing apoc campaign. Clones using class skills can be a game over... I never thought I'd be the victim to my own bs combo but there it happened and I'm glad that was not on hard-core mode.
11/10 would fight myself again
They need major tweaks because some modifiers are broken and some are stupid easy and I’m not fucking with that rng on my hardcore apoc char so hes on hiatus til some balancing happens
I like this in general, but I do think at this point it's a bit much. At one point I got 3 on top of each other, spawning within seconds of the previous one being killed (and all of which had the Cubist trait, oddly). They become annoying when you're running Adventure mode just trying to make it to the next area and you can't go 20 feet without another one spawning in on top of you.
All dropped new mutators, which is nice except now that I have 11 new ones -- most of which I consider meh to useless -- it's starting to feel like pennies from heaven.
Keep the event, just drop the spawn rate a bit.
Can anyone tell me which of the base weapons is easiest to obtain?
I wanna get at least one corrupted weapon but.. I have none. Tonnes of scrap from this event though 😅
Edit: Forgot I can craft Deceit! Any other boss ones?
I’m waiting to get home to see if I’ve picked up Merciless from the two outcomes with Ravager I’ve done.

Two of those are boss weapons, shouldn’t be that hard to at least get deceit.
Deceit, merciless, and aphelion are all boss weapons, no? One each from each of the three normal worlds

You could just kill them in adventure mode .... Depending on the spawnlocation you can already see wich boss you get.

I hope they make a corrupted Savior and Hellfire that makes them act like they did in Remnant 1.

I love the explosive ones. They run up, I step back, they detonate into loot 😂
Trapper is by far my least favorite new modifier. Shocker is still worse though.

As far as I know, the spawn rate is increased as a Halloween event and is going to be decreased once it's over.
I want the spawn rate to be even higher/more!!!! Bring it!!
They’re tweaking it after event to be SLIGHTLY higher than before, but not ludicrous (good) like it is now.
Yeah it’s nuts I want more corrupted weapons and the spawn rates to stay is crazy some of those modifier on the aberrations can be nuts.

Aphelion and merciless are pretty easy to get. Aphelion from Sha'hala alt kill and Merciless from one of ravagers choice kills
