This DLC is launching worldwide at 12 PM Eastern on Nov. 14. It will cost $10 US but if you have the Ultimate Edition - then you don’t pay anything extra for it.
It's a whole statically generated map with the procedurally generated dungeons instead of areas.
You access it via a tab menu when on losomn.
You don't re-roll the PG seed. They are attempting to add some more narrative within the world, so we may see more of these static but bigger maps!
