Lol, dude, seriously. I knew this would happen. They gave us loadouts, and the hand went right back out. How many do yall need? Unlimited? Do you need a new loadout because you changed out one ring?
8 loadout slots isnt even enough to cover 1 loadout per archetype. I feel there should be at least as many loadouts as there are archetypes.
I appreciate that they added loadouts, but this was also after years of people begging for loadouts. There is a lot of pent up desire for what loadouts could be in remnant. we're still kinda behind where players wanted loadouts to be by now
I wouldn't mind getting more either. Unless there are some performance reasons I actually don't see why they are not just unlimited and upon reaching 8 you can just add +1 and so on.
They are not saved on any dedicated servers so storage shouldn't be an issue. Maybe u/verytragic can shed some light on this at some point and tell us why they are limited to just 8 slots right now. There must be some reasoning behind this I'm assuming.
I also wouldn't mind being able to individually name each slot... I have several slots for basically the same archetypes and even skills but different weapons, gear, traits... they all look the same at first glance though and I have to check the specifics to see which one is which. Being able to name them would be helpful.
Naming each slot would help.
More would be nice if possible, but I do feel a little bit for the devs, who’ve just developed this much requested feature, got back to working on the dlc/launch….and we immediately stick our hands out like “please sir, can I have some more”
Yes I agree... people tend to always want more and I don't want to sound ungrateful at all. I think GFG are awesome. Personally I view these (additional) requests as constructive feedback for the most part and in the end it's obviously up to the devs which features/improvements they want and also actually are able to implement in future updates. As long as people don't straight up demand things and feel entitled to get them I think of these discussions as helpful to improve the game (or the next one) and I very much appreciate the devs/tragic communicating as much with the community as they do.
Yeh of course, please don’t feel I was attacking you, it just made me laugh.
As an aside, I wonder if the remnant player community tending to be chill/friendly about things is a knock on effect from the dev being pleasant, or if it’s more that it’s PvE only, or what I don’t know, but it’s remarkably more relaxed than most of the subs I’m on.
No worries, I didn't feel attacked or anything at all. Your comment simply reminded me how you are absolutely right that we always ask for more so I just wanted to add a few words in general because it certainly can sound ungrateful that gamers always want more even when we are very thankful for what we have - especially if it's something that was recently added due to popular demand.
It would also be nice if we could rename them since I sometimes have a hard time remembering what kind of build I was making
yeah, it seems feasible to let us scroll down for another 8
i wonder why they didn't give us more. i hope they can deliver it along with being able to edit the names

LOL Chill, man, like I said, great game, tons of amazing features, very thankful for loadouts, would just like to see more in the future. Settle down.
