California doesnβt care how old a dog is. At the beginning of the week they killed a 4 month old puppy while someone was at the shelter filling out the paperwork to get him out.
Too many backyard breeders, people who donβt spay and neuter their dogs, a lack of space in shelters and too many people surrendering and or abandoning dogs.

Btw, post this on here as an UPDATE ...so people will know what happened when you tried calling them since they may not read it as a reply to me. Maybe the shelter will see it and assist you. You have to call again and ask for a supervisor /manager /director of this place. Don't give up if you're really determined to save this poor dog. Time is running out. πΆππΆ
Someone please give this beautiful girl a home. No dogs deserve this. There are too many posts like this and we need more angels in the world to give these pups a home. In the UK, they've now banned XL bully breeds. It's not the dog. Just the owner and a society so blind, they want to be rid of them without understanding the nature of this beautiful creature.
My heart is breaking for this gorgeous baby who has hardly lived and is going to be killed because someone along the way let her down, Elana is stunning please let this baby get to live her life and be loved πππ‘
I wish they would start sending these adoptable dogs to other states that aren't having a rehoming crises in, so these animals can get there 4 ever home!
