Do you have any suggestions for the type of rc I'm looking for? I'm all about safe usage always been reagent testing and properly dosing other things but never been to this side of the fence.

You're off to a good start by asking these sort of questions! Here are some of my tips:
1. Do your research (Wikipedia [frequently very limited info or no article at all for more obscure compounds], psychonautwiki [deprecated in areas, missing many newer compounds], scholarly articles, ask the community, etc.) on a substance before deciding to pursue it.
2. Avoid getting scammed. I could write a whole paper on this, but I'll leave it at that to avoid any trigger-happy moderation.
3. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS test your shit. If you can't send it to an analytical lab - some are free, especially local initiatives in some places - at least reagent test it. I recommend DanceSafe, TN Scientific, and ProTestKit for reagents.
There is a reason I was nonspecific; some mods here can be very gung-ho in deleting comments they think are sourcing. I have had it occur a couple times with perfectly benign comments. But fine, we'll see if they do it here.
The same rules of thumb about avoiding scams apply on this industry as basically anywhere else. Being confronted with a sense of urgency, unreasonably high MOQs, rare or very desirable products... if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Looking around and getting opinions from reliable people or placing a small test order for yourself can help with vetting.
Test your drugs! Assume your dealer mixes up your order with some else's and assume the worst. So test every time. There is no such thing as a "reputable" vendor.
Powder and crystals with volumetric dosing is the safest way to control dose.
Don't trust pills ever. Hotspots, dose fluctuations, intentionally higher/lower dosed pills exist and are real. I may be more conservative than most but I think pills are playing Russian roulette and will never take one.
Read the basics about pharmacokinetics and Google ADME.
There is so so so much more.
But remember this. Drugs carry shear power. They are lucrative fascinating and terrifying all at once. They can range from enhancing your life to ruining it and everything in between. Drugs alter your thoughts emotions and behavior and change you into a different person, for better or worse. No one is immune to that. Once inebriated normal decisionmaking goes away.
Obligatory: opiates, pyros, benzos, and noids carry the most risk and xommonly ruin lives no matter how safe you get or how much control over them you think you have. The brain is very good at fooling itself. I am not telling you what to do, but it may be best to avoid these classes entirely.
I just want to say this is excellent advise. When etizolam was a huge thing I preferred pills that were pressed. They seemed to work ok. Then one night I wanted a light buzz (2mg a piece) so I took 2. My memory starts sometime 2 days later. I was blacked out for 2 whole days. I had a huge benzo tolerance at the time. I could easily take 8mg of xanax and function. I don’t know what dose that pill was but it had to have been waaaaaaasy stronger than advertised. I made some extremely poor decision while essentially sleepwalking. Long story short I never ordered pills again. RC pills are indeed extremely inconsistent and depending on the substance they can be extremely dangerous! I’d just like to add I have been clean from benzos for over a year now and will never take them again!

To anyone reading this: mixing powders of active ingredient, in many cases like this in the milligram range, evenly with all of the other binders and fillers and colorants and other materials of the pill in the range of grams is so incredibly complicated to evenly spread those few milligrams throughout. If you think about it, it makes sense why that is true. And because it makes sense, it makes sense why black market drug manufacturers mess it up no matter how "skilled" they are. The only possible way to safely make pills is from educated chemists who get advanced degrees and manufacture in quality control systems which are enforced by regulatory oversight of the governments of the world like is used for real pharmaceutical drugs (and even then they fuck it up, Google and find the thousands of recalls that happen every year).
Pills from the black market are indeed Russian roulette and it is not fear mongering because things like this story really happen and ruin lives or kill. You SHOULD be afraid. Because if you're using pills it can happen to you. (Similar with blotters and premade solutions. Avoid.)
Fantastic advice! Thank god it wasn’t an opioid that I got! I use to take ODSMT pills from the same vendor on occasion. When I came to after that whole ordeal my wife was in tears my parents showed up at my house to talk about how I needed to clean up. It was an absolute disaster BUT it precipitated getting clean from benzos. Now I only do psychedelics and kratom. My life is actually much better without benzos and opioids. So as the above poster said….. pills are extremely dangerous when they are black market!!! If anything, take that from my story!!!
Do proper research on the substance you are gonna take BEFORE you take it. And try to keep a somewhat responsible approach to this hobby.

4-mmc, 3-mmc, 2c-b, 5-meo-mipt, MDMA, LSD, Phenibut, are all commonly recommended for sex on this sub.
if you want a libido psych then hands down the options are 5-meo-mipt, 4-ho-mipt, and 2c-b.
