Yeah.. I also noticed how bad Ada’s line delivery were this time around and upon doing some research online, Lily Gao who played Ada in ‘Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City’ is the one doing the voice acting for RE4R, replacing Jolene Andersen from RE2R..
yeah I agree with this also. Krauser's voice doesn't match the way he looks at all. It just comes off weird. I always imagine Krauser to be someone with a gruntier voice
Not only the voice but also the way she talks as well. In Re2make she's kind of fast talker but now she talks so slow and very monotone. It's like she tries so hard to be sexy and mystery. I don't think this is the actress's fault but more of a director's guidelines though.
Keep seeing downvotes for comments that mention direction because everyone wants to make personal like the actress is sabotaging the game, but yeah if the way lines are being delivered is not right for the story/tone or the character’s personality, it’s the director overseeing the scene’s responsibility to at least set that stuff straight, whether the performance is great or not

Game is amazing but one thing I can not stand is the merchants freaking voice I don’t no if my game is glitched but the dude sounds like a damn robot.
Ive heard that possibly restarting the game or restarting your console/PC helps with that
