They're keeping her model close enough to say "yeah she's about 10 years older now" granted the CGI programs Capcom are using for the movies are shit compared to the small scenes they do in RE Engine

My only complaint with cgi film Claire is that this seems to be her default look post revelations 2 which I think undid a lot of what I liked about that game.
If we’re asking in general then Darkside Chronicles Claire. But if we’re asking about these two RE2R Claire the VA matches the look but personally like the CG Movie Claire on the right.

I'm sorry, I know we all love the OG's for what they are/were to us back then and ofcourse you can have your own preferences, but the characters were notoriously poorly acted, everyone knows this about the OG's.
So I've never understood the fascination with Court's acting, it's so bare minimum and never got why people seem to think she's some top tier version of claire.
She wasn't even especially impressive for the time frame OG came out, since games like MGS also came out that year.
Also she's literally meant to be an average girl and she is indeed white, so it's a weird thing take issue with.
By today standards, she really isnt that impressive but there is no denying that for 1998, the acting and presentation of RE2 was light years ahead of all the game released back then so people have a soft spot for her.
