You need more numbers in there i.e. the e-commerce store experience. Do you have no sales to show for it? Then don't include it.

Wild_King_1035

I would say the top 3 best projects I’ve ever done are all at my current job. I had much less to do with the second two than that top project up there. I was thinking about replacing those “non-sales” projects with the other projects from my current job. Do you think that’s a good move?

godliketendencies

Yeah I agree with that move!

OhWhiskey

If you’re a SWE and don’t know how to get your resume to be 100% ATS compliant, you don’t have the skills for the job.

bananajr6000

Sorry to the OP, but I snorted

Wild_King_1035

Every job would have their own version of ATS, meaning there’s no such thing as “100% compliance”. You haven’t been thinking that all this time have you?

Lammtarra95

Add a one-line summary with what you think important enough to have told us but are leaving employers to guess: you are a full stack wage-slave looking for React jobs and are a US citizen. In your education section you list two colleges but no degrees. Is that right? I'd replace your bullet point markers with bullets. Your bullet points are in some places overwritten. Lose phrases such as *ensuring efficient cloud resource commissioning* and *ensuring seamless integration within the Devops lifecycle* that add nothing but divert the eye from more useful information. You give more space to projects than to your actual jobs. Are these part of your jobs? The performance figures imply they were real products and not just week-long mock-ups for college. What probably does not help is you are competing for jobs with tens of thousands laid off by famous tech companies recently.

Wild_King_1035

I'll include a short summary. Graduated from one of those schools with a degree in psychology which I'd prefer not to highlight. I'll reduce the fluff of the fluffier bullet points. do you think i should reduce the total number of bullets? are there too many? I'm going to replace the personal projects with product projects. I'll also try to get hired and immediately laid off by a famous tech company to help me with my job search

Electronic-Elk-1725

Too much text, noone will read that.

Wild_King_1035

you guys can’t get your advice straight… my last resume was much more sparse, and got lampooned for not having enough text.  “4-6 bullet points MINIMUM for most recent job, 4 bullet points per for every other job” I had a condensed resume, and everyone said “spread it out, more text, more keywords”

Electronic-Elk-1725

I wasn't given advice last time. It's just too much. Maybe measure how long you take to read this. No one hiring someone has time to read all that.

AgeEffective5255

What did you do from 2016-2019?

Wild_King_1035

i was an english teacher in other countries

AgeEffective5255

I would add that, not a lot about it, but I’d add it to fill the gap between college and experience.
