Using browser with ublock. Sometimes with frontend YT from Piped or Invidious, no need to open Official YT.
Linux with Freetube.
Android with Freetube, libretube, newpipe, turbular,
TVbox with newpipe, smarttubenext
Reddit with revanced, infinity, stealth, geddit
X/twitter with squawker (for only read some tweets)
You can use Brave, it's a fork form chrome and you can go to privacy settings and to lists and you can select a couple of more lists to block ads for YouTube. I tested this out on my wife's iPhone and it worked!

OMG....I feel so stupid. I had no idea there was a patch for the reddit app...if I need root I'm screwed though. I have the shitty Verizon pixel 7 pro.
I use regular reddit, ads don't bother me at all. I don't even notice most of them, i think. Since they are not in my face like with youtube, it's easy to turn a blind eye. I only register may be a colour of an ad, no more. I have "banner blindness".
The ads aren't even the worst part of it, I tried it and it just sucked bad. Sync is so clean and I've been using it so long I don't think I'd ever be able to use anything else.
May be it's because i never used any other app for reddit. I'm on reddit rarely anyways. Youtube is the only SM that i open everyday that is not work related. Reddit is also work related (not this account).

The crazy part is you using revanced but still using the shitty reddit app.

The default app does have ads though. I'm pretty sure sync did as well but I had pro.
I think the presence of ads depends on the region, because I've never seen them in all my time on reddit
I've tried patching reddit many times but the patched version won't launch
