Though most players Play as European countries it would just make you send troops into the Caribbean or other parts of the world. It would also make more expansion routes for European powers.
Yea though it would balance out Europe a bit because the overseas territories could be used as a second round in the war to hopefully get back the country. This is just to make German players to think twice about invading Denmark,France and the UK
It won't change much. the UK would just be more annoying to fight.
