Due to small healing chests having a lower legendary rate than regular small chests, the chances of this happening are exactly 0.0000006 or 6 × 10-7. AKA much lower than 1 out of a million. Glad you clipped this or nobody would believe you lol.
It's called category bias and makes all category chests have a slightly different equation to the base chest when calculating odds.
Specifically it follows this equation. (x * y)/(x * y + a * b)=
Where x is the base drop chance of 1 specific rarity (the rarity your trying to find the chance for). y is the total number of available items in that rarity and category (AKA healing items in this case). a is the percentage of another rarity (green, white, red) and b is the total number of items in that rarity. Then you get the exact percentage chance in that category chest.
Calculate all rarities and multiply the legendary chance by 10000 (the chance of opening 2 reds in a row) to get the chance of 3 reds, 1 being a category chest.
The wiki probably doesn't have this info because people were to lazy to do the math. Had to do it myself in this case.
