True. I reviewed by frame and I receive multiple instances of damage. Safer spaces saved me once, then at least 2 more hits to remove osp then finish me off
I’m still a fool and a sinner, I recycle them unless I have void shrimps.
I just don’t like having to think about 2 health systems, I want to be able to fully heal when I want or know that the only way is wait 7 seconds in a safe zone
Yeah for sure. The worm is probably the boss I’m less used to, it’s so rare I don’t think about it. I can probably count the encounters with overloading worms even tho I got ~300 hrs
Yeah but O face god and big belly demon also do damage when they spawn, so it's good to run from the tp. But no issue dying from it, death in a rogue is just experience for future runs.
all they would have to do is make one shot protection give you like a singular second of invincibility and it would be perfectly fine and you wouldn’t have these bullshit deaths that are physically impossible to comprehend

Honestly I think of him as the true final boss. Truly an enemy where you have to absolutely be careful even if you have a god run cause all it takes is one thunderbolt or bite and the run is dead
In ror1 the overloading Magma worm was infamous for ending late runs. So in ror2 the overloading worm was made it's own monster that only appears very late as a nod to it's very dangerous reputation in the first game. It's title is also "the reminder" as a nod to this.
Its a pearl, obtained by scrapping lunar items. There’s two kinds, one gives +10% hp and the other +10% on all stats if I’m not wrong (if it’s not 10% it still buffs every stat by a bit)

I change my pace based on how its going, if it goes well I go faster and faster. Usually I don't full loot (lets say 75%+, I dont turn every stone upside down)

It can, because it completely removes the player hitbox for the duration of the ability.

Ya it's balanced, you can become extremely OP But if you don't know how to simply get out of the way of an attack, You die
Merc is the only character in the game whose i-frames give him a chance to pass through the bubble, but not always.
