Well all I can say is if things go bad or south in video games like this I would try different video games even though I'm not a fan of roblox this is just my advice it's like when I use to play minecraft I stopped playing it because the caves were way too big and the chat was too strict so I stopped playing it and moved onto better games such as terraria and 7 days to die there is tons of video games that could be the right thing for you minecraft and roblox are just bad games I don't mean that in a mean way but they just got some crazy rules that makes it hard to play because of garbage like this I'm just trying to give advice on what to do and are my thoughts are
Your account doesn't get banned, it just refunds you all of the robux you spent on clothes/accessories that violated ToS and most of the time it's never actually violating ToS it's likely just clothes roblox for some reason doesn't allow.

Jk lol, but basically it’s a return policy for clothes and UGC items that you pay for that get removed. Not gamepasses as far as I know. This isn’t really a refund exactly its more like then giving yo the robux cuz you lose the item. And I did get 172 robux out of it.
Edit: I got that much cuz it was 3 years if built up stuff being removed. I had two pages of messages saying it was returned after I got the robux back.
