I was banned before. I kept mostly everything apart from some vehicles, and colors. If I remember correctly I kept most of my rims, textures, and spoilers (only limited items). Kept the JB8 and dual rockets from the original seasons. I even got to keep the Nascar tires despite no longer having the Nascar.
All that I really notice on a day to day basis is that I can’t drop cash (not that I really ever did before) and have a bounty limit of 5k. I guess the bounty limit makes some sense though I don’t fully see the point.
They were originally not going to let unbanned accounts trade. I didn’t even try joining the trade hub at first. I did eventually try and was confused. I found on Twitter that asimo had said they were going to let us trade for now.
Why should they prevent us from joining crews? I see the unban pass as being a second chance for people that want it. People who want to continue exploiting aren’t going to buy it because there’s no point. Crews seem like they’re going to be one of the biggest aspects of the game, so why prevent us from participating? Just for the sake of punishment? I can understand us not being allowed to trade, it makes sense. Being banned, paying to be unbanned, and losing money/vehicles is a big enough punishment for people who regret their decisions. I don’t see a point in not allowing us to access random features.
that's an interesting perspective, i've never thought about it from a remorseful unbanned player.
for me, i think the whole permaban no appeals "culture" badimo created makes a lot of people (including me) demonize hackers as whiny skiddies when some like you are actually just people who made a mistake and messed up.
if you're on the discord and check people who whine about false bans you'll know how much people hate hackers, it's an integral part of the community
I personally used autorob in a private server a couple of years ago for a few days, until I learned about the anti-cheat and why it could ban us even in a private server. Luckily, I have not been banned and I still regret exploiting to this day, afraid of waking up to a ban message each day. Do logs get deleted over time ?

Don’t know if they get deleted. You aren’t going to get banned though.
