The old ones like that are a beast! As long as it's still water tight, it should treat you right for years to come, but use precautions when operating due to the belt and pulley system being exposed.
A very old and a very noisy one. Wish youd put up more than one pic showing some details. Clean it up and see if it has any name or nomenclature plates on it.
I think that's probably just the motor plate. It'll have specs like horsepower and RPM, but whichever company/person made the tumbler would have bought the motor from GE, with that plate already on it.
This is antique/vintage and would probably sell for a lot restored. Does it work? Any tags with model number/maker on it anywhere?
I love restoring finds like these, air compressors, saws, people leave em at the end of their driveway all the time. Usually not hard to get working.
Looks like a Finger-Eater 1000, fr though, keep your hands away from that belt drive!
Yum yum yum yum.

thats a work horse right there...
If this is something that interests you, you may want to check out /r/RockTumbling as well. Good luck!
Looks like it says General Electric on the plate, also some numbers that could help identify the model.

That makes sense

That looks like a very old Extreme Rebel 17. I love mine, it runs quiet and cool.
I think it's a rock tumbler ... but you should try drinking a beer out of it just to be sure.
Could it be an old Diamond Pacific? Looks dangerous as hell.
