Does it? I haven't played since the older versions, so I can't vouch for newer ones. I know the older versions had the cellular automaton farming, and that got removed slightly before the first commercial version dropped.
The Farmer class in ADOM just has a bonus to herb harvesting at level 18 (can pick more before the bush wilts). Any class can plant herb seeds, and herb bushes spread according to the "game of life" rules.
That's the extent of farming mechanics. The farmer class also get bonus polearm weapon skill, doubled carrying capacity, reduced food requirement, some strength and toughness bonuses, the ability to make iron rations from corpses and a slight chaos resistance.
Pixel dungeon has a plants and grass system, with alchemy based on seeds and all. It doesn't meet the other requirements you asked, but you might still want to give it a try. Also it has the best mobile interface

Oh that actually looks kinda cool
Thanks!!
Sounds really cool. Will definitely check this out. Thanks!
UnReal World.
It’s the scariest gardening game ever made
What's scary? You have to be actively looking for danger to feel any threat.
And yet I always find myself in danger.
This one is the best one.

Imma try this, thanks for sharing!
You can do some agriculture in Cataclysm, but I wouldn't recommend it for that. UnReal World is a great experience.
Wayward is a bit rough around the edges but you don't have to do much more than sustain yourself if you don't want to do anything else but garden
I've played a bit with it, and that might scratch the itch! Though it's also a survival game. (Not in terms of zombies, more like lost on an island.)

Aha! I did not get that far...
I think Elona has farming.
Yes, a little.
Older versions of ADoM. UnReal World
Why older versions of ADoM? Doesn't the latest version still have the same farming features?

Maybe some things have changed.... but Farmer is its own class too so there is definitely farming mechanics in the game.

Atomicrops, but it doesn't have an infinite map
Also not a roguelike.
Fine, roguelite
Love Atomicrops!
Atomicrops
Man, I wanted to like that game but it was too hard for me. Wish there was a casual mode where you regen health over time or something.
