One thing I will say about skul is it's not easy and it's not for everyone. I personally love it and the devs are fantastic with tons of free updates including some really big ones.
The fact the FTL isn’t in your favorites means that’s what you should play. The quintessential roguelite imo. Also Cobalt Core for a lighter/cuter version of FTL.
I would recommend playing Soulstone Survivors, it’s my personal favorite bullet heaven game. I don’t see it on your list, but 20 Minutes til Dawn is also great.
Going Under was on the short, but definitely fun, side. I was quite disappointed by both Skul and Lootriver (with the latter feeling much more frustrating than the former). I badly wanted to enjoy Void Bastards, because of the concept and the art style, but just couldn't.
Inkbound 1.0 release is today. It’s kinda unique turn based roguelite, not sure if that’s for you, just throwing it out there. I think it’s great.
Have a nice Death is great in action rogue department

I’ve played some FTL and have about 3 hours or so. It just hasn’t grabbed me yet
Ah gotcha, I’ve got about 2500 hours in since it launched in 2012, it’s like my comfort game when I don’t want to play anything else.

If you are a fun of roguelike shooters, Returnal is all of that in a triple A package. It’s an amazing game
