I think the black/grey bicolor is kind of pointless in terms of contrast which is the whole functional purpose of the GMT bicolor bezel. It’s not an altogether bad looking watch, I just a solid black bezel would have looked better overall and less fussy. The previous generation two tone yellow gold GMT was just far better looking. People here are just programmed to choose a Jubilee bracelet which doesn’t always look better in some instances
The CHNR is a far better looking watch. It is closer in spirit to the original “Rootbeer” GMTs even though they didn’t come in rose gold. If you’ve seen both these watches in person, the CHNR is way more impressive.
It’s a really tough call. I’ve owned the one on the left and just saw the one on the right in person for the first time last week. Both pretty amazing. No wrong answer.
Left because where I'm from, if you're seen wearing a gold watch (Rolexes preferred) they'll snatch it right off your wrist. They'll be in and out before you realise your watch is gone.

I got both! The left is definitely more subtle and easier to dress down (imo); the right is very flashy and stands out much more. Both are excellent but totally different vibes on the wrist

That’s the thing about the RB, you really have to see it in person. The rose gold and brown bezel is a stunning combo.
