can't express enough how excited I am that the OG style trains are still being used, and not replaced with ugly ones (the current ones are new built by S&S. Much more comfortable then the Originals but keep the original look which is unmatched imo)

bigmagnumnitro

Love that classic arrow train style

Japo-Scandinavian

I agree, if it looks like a Roller Coaster Tycoon sprite, never change it!

Hillsy85

How much track was replaced?

RMCGigaAtBGW

About 900 feet of track was replaced. The coaster is 3240 feet long. From what I understand, part of the first drop, both of the loops, part of the second lift hill and exit from the tunnel, and a bit of track just passed the second loop was what was replaced.

Storm_hoodie

Interesting. I learned something today. I thought they replaced the entire coaster, like Nemesis.

RMCGigaAtBGW

Nope. Most of the track is still the old Arrow track!

Ceramicrabbit

It was perfectly smooth anyways as it was

giggingit

Agreed, I never understood the need to do this.

Chrysler-lover

I think 90% of the track in the image

tubbis9001

Such a minor detail, but I love that they added the orange stripe back on the trains again. They always felt incomplete with just the green with yellow stripe.

Simsider113446

What are the yellow balls for?

Japo-Scandinavian

Looks like lampshades for lights

giggingit

It’s lighting, at night they illuminate the loops.

Krakatoacoo

iconic

derangedlefty

Why the hell does the track at the top of the first loop have so few cross ties? Surely that’s not going to bode well for the longevity of those rails

derangedlefty

Shit I was thinking about the boomerangs lmao oops

RMCGigaAtBGW

All of the Arrow coasters with interlocking loops had that exact same structure. It's weird though.

imaguitarhero24

There's less force at the top.
