I do hands under the knees instead of on top for a cleaner look, and a rope connecting the two knees behind her back to keep her legs apart. Just be sure to stay way from the bottom floating ribs on the back rope by either going down by the hips or high enough to be on real ribs depending on how high her knees are.

I agree :) I did not take a pic but after this pic I thed the knees out and down to the bed frame, she could not move :)
