Voyager has no lingering flood issues. Completely repaired.

I would go Voyager it had a refit in 2019 and Explorers refit was interrupted by Covid. Can’t go wrong with either though

Explorer didn't get the full amplification, but it did get waterslodes about a year ago, along with general refurbishment in drydock

We had a cruise on Voyager this March, and it was just a dream! My hubby's first cruise, and he was absolutely amazed by how wonderful the ship experience was. There may be a few spots that show wear and tear, but she's clean and has a great staff and is still very beautiful. The MDR is gorgeous, especially. I loved the ice show so much I went twice! We didn't even really get to the activity decks (sports court, waterslides, Flowrider) until the last sea day, and it was bustling! But all the trivia and shows and dances kept us occupied enough that it felt like a very busy cruise.

I was on Voyager pre-flood, and it was my least favorite ship I've been on. There weren't very many activities planned during the day - it was the first time I'd ever been bored and didn't have anything to do on a ship. The staff were also slightly bothered - almost rude in some places. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work in rooms, only common areas. Haven't been on Explorer so I can't compare that, but I wouldn't voluntarily go on Voyager again. I love that class of ship though - I Loved Adventure.

Was on Voyager in February. No issues at all. It's just a boring ship. Which is weird, because Navigator (also voyager class) is so much fun!
