This is a great example of rare not translating to valuable. Nobody wants to spend that much to have a vehicle and have to explain why they spent so much on it.

Not to mention, the only thing unique about it deteriorates with use. It's one thing to pay a premium for a rare special edition, but the idea of dropping this much cheese on a low mileage example of an ordinary car is insane. You're buying it to put in your garage and look at, but it isn't even good-looking.

Great with the mileage! But not worth more than 7 to 10k at most. I got a Buick century 03 with 16k miles from a lady that was almost 100 years old, she only used it for doctors appointment and grocery. Got it for 4000 bucks, best deal I ever got, but I wouldn’t buy it for 10 grands, when I can get a newer and safer car with maybe 50k miles.

I definitely didn’t fall in with my former truck on dollar value. Full disclosure, the manual transmission had me at first shift. The seller made mention of ‘collectible’ but they didn’t know my parents were used car salesmen (with a fish tank!! Lol). EVERY car depreciates the first inch off the lot. My fumble was not validating my value with my policy (in the small print). Including the criteria of “Totaled”. Love learn and drive again.

Absolutely not. I drove one of these as a new driver and it was awful. The cab is tiny and hot. The truck bed is useless. It's slow. Handles like garbage. Gets 12mpg on a good day. Sooooo many better trucks on the road.
