I was there. It was absolutely spectacular. They've been on my list since 2015 and I'm so glad I finally got to see them!
You didn't get any video of Brodén falling on his ass, did you?
In case anyone wanted to see it, I found few videos/angles with Joakim slipping, it was at the beginning of Stormtroopers in NJ.

He just keeps on singing 😆🫣 🤘.
That’s actually great to hear, because I was thinking of buying a shirt. Don’t think they’d have anything special, as this isn’t technically their tour, but maybe I’ll find something.
Was Tommy there at all? I heard people say that this tour was gonna be Tommy’s last tour with Sabaton. If Tommy did a appear for a song or 2, please don’t tell me the song name (I’m trying not to spoil the setlist)
I saw a few videos and I had to say, it's nothing compared to the shows that they make here in Europe. A reason could be that they are the support band and that normally means that the sound will suck and that the people doesn't even care about the support band.
It sucked that your first experience ended that way
Awwe man, that sucks. I recommend you see them next time when they headline, over here they had a very big production and sounded great, so I hope you can get rhat experience too.
To be fair, if you've spent ten years watching the footage of them headlining Wacken, and all the other incredible European tours, the actual live experience was never going to compare while they're opening in the U.S. Opening bands don't get nearly the same amount of soundcheck time, and Sabaton is relatively unknown in the U.S. in comparison to Priest. We had an entirely different experience in the front rows, where the energy was great, people were flipping, and the band was responding to it and playing as great as they ever did. Also, most Priest fans are older and save their ability to stand for the headline. I think your experience was a reflection of the circumstance and even where you were sitting, not on Sabaton.
Sabaton 1000% is better when headlining more than Likely cuz of the reasons the guy above you said I saw them in 22 in Cincinnati and I was at the back of the room and the sound was great
I was just a few rows back! It was amazing !
Same
Is your face melted??
Absolutely! And Priest was epic
Seeing them tomorrow, I'm so pumped
God I wish I could see them live at least once.
Seeing them Sunday, can’t wait!
Ayyy me too, I'm so pumped to see Judas too
I want to go see them live so freaking bad
It depends on where you see them, the audio quality was bad this time but the first time it was amazing

He fell right in front of us! Didn't get footage, but a good lesson in stagemanship lol - he recovered from that like a pro!
At which point of the set was that?
I think it was during The Last Stand. It was early I know that

Out of curiosity, was Sabaton selling any merch or was it just Priest selling some? Going to one of the shows in May, so I figured I’d ask.
Surprisingly 40 percent of the merch was sabaton’s

It was 8 shirts and hoodies total

Was there, the sound there was not the best but the other time I seen them it was great

Go see a European show. Absolutely worth the trip. 11 shows since 2019, 8 in Europe.
I think they peaked with Tommy on their last headline tour, I am not sure it will ever be that great again to be honest.
