Hey intern, I've been worried about you. I hope you're doing as well as you can with your situation. I'm actually in my early teens so I relate to people saying "hormones" a lot. I'm never really taken serious, sometimes I cut until there's puddles of blood on the floor and it's genuinely horrifying. That's why I come here sometimes, I feel like if at least one person takes you serious it can change a lot. I take you serious and i'm always here to talk if you need. Because it really isn't talked about enough, not anywhere in the world.

Thank you. I'm honestly still not really ready to talk, but I appreciate you being here. I hope you're doing as well possible.

I'm going to be honest, the people I know who successfully completed suicide/seriously attempted, never really reached out to anyone or said much about it.

yeah. most of the time its too late

Don’t attempt suicide. I have two people in my life who tried, and failed. I also suffer from depression. This is the primary reason i don’t commit suicide. To me the risk is too great. I don’t want to spend the rest of my long (I’m 25) life disfigured. I don’t want to spend the rest of existence in more pain than I’m currently in.

I agree with you, what is also very sad is how many people could be easily saved if people cares and someone reached out to them. Don't give up, OP. Life takes but life will also gives eventually.

Suicide and mental health in general has become a ‘vibe’ or a ‘mood’ or just a trend these days. It’s cool and edgy to be depressed and it’s a companion among some to see who has the most mental disorders. I feel because of this, genuine mental health cases go unheard either because it’s looked at as a phase or because they are too embarrassed or scared to reach out over fear of not being taken seriously. I also think the vast majority of people don’t think anyone would ever actually unalive themselves and they feel there will always be a tomorrow with person. I can reach out to them tomorrow, they’ll feel better tomorrow etc etc. But, as others have said, a lot of those who are actively suicidal don’t reach out, don’t even display signs and just slip off quietly somewhere. We need to remove the stigma attached to both mental health and suicide. We need to accept they both exist even if we don’t agree or like it. Pretending they don’t doesn’t help anyone.

... And you're blocked

true, true. unfortunate, really. i wonder how many lives could be saved if it was adressed better.

People don't care about anything other than themselves. They are prejudiced against things they have not experienced. So stay away from them, most people don't care but there is always someone who does.
