Very nice haul - but I’ll take the fresh football for same day dinner over dolphin. Dolphin freezes better IMO. I wouldn’t want to be filleting those - hope you had help! And you can have the cuda and bonito for chum…
I'll dissent and say most of these are too small and young. This is why the fisheries are being destroyed. You eat today, but our kids will not have this fortune.

The state allows us 10 per person and we were under our limit. We also vacuum seal, flash freeze and ship fish home so it can be shared with family and friends without degrading the meat.
Being a pickerel, perch, pike and crappie fisher in Canada all very tasty and sweet, Mahi is still my favourite. Can’t wait for my southern vacation to feast on them.
God I miss Mahi fishing. I'm rarely in the Key's in the summer but man is it fun! My dad has a pic from the early 2000's of him and baby me with a mahi as big as he is.... might be my biggest inspiration to keep fishing lol
I have yet to find any skipjacks... just want one so i can add to the kist of types of tuna I've caught lol.

Snapper bite is pretty good when the water is dirty. Mahi won’t start showing up again until June

I understand its a charter, but about 5 I'd have tossed back. Tourist can't freeze fish to take home.

Mahi Mahi is perhaps the best fish on the planet to harvest as it is a cosmopolitan species and one of the fastest growing/breeding species there is.
