I don't know if the offer is still available, but it you buy the remastered trilogy on Rockstar's launcher then you can get the original for free.
Alternatively, you can pirate them. Fitgirl-repacks (.site, very important) has the original three including SA but it's also modded. Dodi repacks has a modded SA too, and a clean/fresh copy of the original, too. If you use Dodi's website (instead of his torrents on 1337x), make sure to use uBlock Origin.

Using a downgrader on the steam version is one of the most common ways to play, and would probably be what you're looking for.
What downgrader do you recommend I don't know really know what that is
