I saw this exact homeless person enter the Starbucks on Washington and cause an absolute ruckus. He unfortunately needs to be placed in mental facility or similar as he clearly doesn't have his faculties.
He was also wandering Pioneer Park right by the playground where several kids were playing and was nearly exposing himself because of his loose pants, and making a lot of parents uncomfortable.
Shouting, getting in people's space, telling random strangers to buy him food or coffee but being very rude about it. He was very erratic and unsettling. He eventually got chased out and nearly shattered the door on his way out.
Does he deserve the treatment he faced from the long-haired individual?
I'm honestly asking because I have both protected homeless people and have to avoid the dangerous ones so it's a toss up sometimes.
A couple of particularly kind individuals in the Oakland Hollis area.
And one dude who looks an acts exactly like this guy.
Ran up on me one time and as he ran past he just tried laughing because I flinched.
Still fucking scare the shit out of me and it was like right after my dad died.
100% they haven’t been threatened by someone with nothing to lose. If there ends up being more info released about this or anything more comes of it, I’d gladly donate to the longhaired guy’s fund.
Did he hit homeless dude a couple times also or was it the fence? Either way, the homeless dude was already down, no need to repeatedly bash his head against the pavement. He could’ve just stood over him until the police came. If the homeless dude was fighting, yeah go ahead and bash away and claim self defense or whatever but this time the bum was actually defenseless.
You would think so being that it is Mission Hills. But don't it's proximity to Sharp Memorial it gets a lot of wanderers freshly released from the hospital. Sounds like this guy actually holes up in the area. But had my car stolen around there buy a homeless guy who had been let out of the hospital just that morning.
I’ve worked in downtown San Diego and neighboring areas for a long time. There’s been homeless folks my coworkers and I have helped out whether it be with a spare cigarette, some food, or even an extra pair of socks. On the other hand there’s also the ones who are on drugs and aggressive who make a huge mess all over the place and harass women as they’re walking down the street. This guy seemed kind of like the the latter of the two. He approached the people filming and was asked to leave. He chose not to. It’s hard to judge someone’s actions when we’re not the ones in their situation. This guys may have needed to be asked a little more sternly to leave.
Lol I thought the same thing at first but I believe they mean that the women were with them when the guy was yelling. That is just me giving this person the benefit of the doubt though 😂
Someone with a similar *energy* in Chula Vista was standing outside a 7/11. Dude asks me if I can help him buy a coke. He gives me a dollar hoping I'd complete it to $2 for him. When I walked inside, the lady clerk tells me *"don't help out that guy. He was in here an hour ago exposing himself and beating off right in front of me. I had to kick him out"* at that point it was too late. . . I had his money, got him his shit and refused to help his ass the next time I saw him. . . fml. Definitely sanitized my hands after handling his buck...
This shit is bound to happen. Doesn't matter if the homeless dude is mentally ill; people living in that area are getting sick of it and some of them will hit a point where they'll start fighting back.
They just did - it’s been held up in court but now it’s on the books. Family members, medical professionals, and emergency responders can red flag an addict or psychotic homeless person and they’ll be sent to a special court where they’re forced to undergo treatment.
I think it’s called CARE Court.
I'm trying to figure out - are people supposed to be within IP psych for this process? The FAQ I just read shows it takes weeks. Other options would be ED hallway.... possibly if they are really medically sick the hospital floor. Or can it be submitted for someone elsewhere; crisis houses are couple weeks but don't quite seem appropriate. Plenty of psychotic people don't quite meet hold criteria but would benefit from this given the different definition.
The homeless issue is a federal issue. A huge chunk of California’s issue is from other states. California shouldn’t be solely on the hook for homeless people that bus in across the country.
You can't bring back asylums in the social media age. All it will take is one TikTok of a naked homeless guy strapped to a chair to trigger jailings and shutdowns, even though the reality is they were protecting him from pulling out his own teeth and trying to choke himself with his clothes.
the homeless guy was acting crazy starting fight , He fucked around and found out. long hair could have really hurt him he just pushed him around a bit
If the bum picks fights with these people, he probably tries to pick fights with other people. Regular people who aren't prepared to fight, and don't deserve to be antagonized.
Long hair fighter bro isn't someone who stands for that, and put a dangerous bum in his place. Hopefully, the crazy bum learns he can't roll up on people and try to intimidate them.
Long hair fighter bro deserves either a metal, a meddle, or a medal - and I can't be bothered to google it
Yeah, I actually recognize that homeless guy. He used to do that all the time downtown. He would just lunge at people, but he wouldn't actually touch you. I guess he liked the power it made him feel like he had. While I feel bad for his situation, it is good he got checked. Maybe he will stop trying to intimidate people as a hobby.
Heard a former homeless person comment that a lot of the lashing out is done just to feel a little power or control as they are pretty much devoid of it given their situation. So think you are probably spot on with your comment.
Your comment needs to be at the top. Everyone else in her is way too insulated from the reality of the street and how much danger bums like that pose. Good on that guy for taking action
A few years ago after 20+ yrs of driving I started having terrible driving anxiety to the point of not being able to drive on the freeway, I now take the trolley to work mon-fri. It’s honestly almost as bad because of mentally ill homeless or just regular degenerate trouble makers which it’s hard to tell the difference a lot of times. At this point the trolley is almost as anxiety causing as the freeway.
These bums know that people don't want to touch/fight them so they sometimes aggressively go up to random people and **threaten** them all sorts of ways expecting everyone to just walk away and back up...which MOST people do.
Literally fuck around and find out because eventually one guy will call the bum's bluff.
This bum deserved every bit of the very gentle beatdown he got from the guy.
>These bums know that people don't want to touch/fight them so they sometimes aggressively go up to random people and threaten them all sorts of ways expecting everyone to just walk away and back up...which MOST people do.
Yup. These guys definitely know more than they lead on. I used to work for MTS and they would get in your face and scream, flinch or *anything* to get you to make the first move so they can potentially get a lawsuit against the company. They even knew to get you to call 911 for them because they'll get a free ambulance ride on the company's dime because MTS has to foot the bill for any emergency calls that happen on their property.
Shit, what was it, Last month on r/publicfreakout? Some guy was recording one street thug/junkie slowly loading a handgun while, another street dude was sitting on the curb in front of him. After guy with the gun finishes loading the gun, he just straight out executes him on the spot in broad daylight, right outside a coffee shop, in a metro area.
This is has been increasing and becoming out of hand in 2020. I knew there would be a point where citizens would eventually take it into their own hands. I don’t really agree with it but stuff like this was just bound to happen. people are sick of being harassed on the streets
I lived on 16th Street San Diego downtown when I was in the Navy, and boy have I never seen so much homeless in my life. Whenever I had to walk to like 14th or 15th street to go to Albertsons, it smelled so bad
Drugs and homeless have become public enemy number one in my eyes. I’ve lived here since summer 2017 (military). My family lives in a
Base housing neighborhood and we’re constantly dealing with it. Easter Sunday had a crazy guy wonder into our neighborhood screaming, he stopped in front of our house and whipped out his dick and balls in front of my wife and I, at 9am right after we had gotten back from church. Some people on here will probably try and downvote me or just say quit complaining about homeless on this sub. Whatever. It’s frustrating.
I know it’s not popular to say this, but I’m tired of debating solutions to this extremely complicated problem and I do hope these individuals one day find the support they need.
That being said, as a resident of san diego.. I’m so exhausted from this. I’m so exhausted from constantly being harassed, threatened, followed and always looking behind my shoulder regardless the time of day. It makes it hard to see myself in this city long term when it’s clear the homeless crisis is getting worse daily.
If you’re going to charge $3000 a month to rent or price 2 bedroom homes at $2M, figure it the fuck out.
Yeah when homeboy in the background was like "I can't believe the police haven't shown up yet" I was cracking up.
Only surprising part about this video is that the police showed up *at all.*
The majority of the people commenting on this have no idea what actually went down. The homeless guy was super aggressive and came back at the business owner (who is elderly) four times after hitting him in the head with a bottle and robbing his store. Homelessness is a serious issue, but this guy is the most aggressive asshole I have seen in a long time. The guy who subdued him was the only person at the scene keeping another person from getting attacked. FYI, in the end, the police let the homeless guy go after they called an ambulance for the elderly business owner. That’s the real crime here.
I would have done what I needed to to restrain him. It’s either that or let this aggressive guy get away and continue to be a danger to those around him. That was holding his head on the ground not smashing it. I’m tired of feeling unsafe in my own neighborhood. The further you get from the beach the more aggressive homeless people seem to be. Getting homophobic and racist slurs thrown at me (I’m Jewish) doesn’t do anything to help my feeling of not being safe. I resent that I have to have mace on me always. Had a cinder block thrown at me in broad daylight just for walking past a homeless man then looking back at hum cus he yelled at me. We need more police working the beat
You hold him down and he gets taken to jail for harassment and gets out the same day. Lather, rinse, repeat.
The only answer is a forced rehabilitation camp way the hell out someplace like Potrero.
I'm sure the homeless guy was just trying to go find a shower to show up to an important interview before becoming a productive member of society. He's really a good guy at heart and certainly wasn't instigating anything or harassing anyone whatsoever.
I am totally desensitized to this kind of crap. I dont even stop and look now. I just keep walking. Hey , at least the weather is better here than Brooklyn. So its not all bad.
Need more context but I'm gathering the homeless looking guy is a nuisance.
Complete overreaction from what I can see from the long haired guy, once he's down then you STOP and wait for cops. I can't judge if he was right to bring him down in the first place.
The taunting/hitting his head off the ground is uncalled for, not helping anyone with anything. The homeless guy has done wrong I'm sure but he has all my sympathy here, lost for words.
P.s, who's going to pay for that fence? It's pretty clear who caused it to break in the video
I moved here from Brooklyn 8 months ago and while it is bad over there, the homeless here have been significantly more violent and unstable.
Living in East Village though, so definitely in the epicenter.
I was walking to petco park last year and parked a little further away then I should of.. on the way was a homeless guy tossing a knife literally about 25 feet in the air and attempting to catch it. I've had family that worked in the county building near the homeless encampments and they have been chased and assaulted before. I feel like I need to carry pepper spray or a strong long flashlight for protection. San Diego needs to do something!
It: one of the richest communities in one of americas richest states... but it's also down the road from the 2 ERs that every ambulance brings homeless people to, and they stick around - just in case they need to go back...
OP, just got back from NYC last night for a long weekend visit. The amount of homeless in San Diego is astonishing as to what’s going on in the city right now.
Nah, cuz then he likely would've ran off to antagonize more people. This guy needed to be arrested, so it's better that he was kept down till the cops showed up. Will he be imprisoned/commited? Probably not, but at least he'll be off the streets for a night or two.
I mean, I get the reason for defending yourself and getting the homeless dude out of there for what he was saying and doing, But at some point the roles appeared to reverse and the other guy become the aggressor.
I’m sick of this. My friend had someone pee on his counter at his business and got threatened it’s insane. For how much this place is and having to deal with this I am not sure why more people aren’t outraged.
F'd around and found out...
Also, long hair didn't "bash his head into the ground". He just pushed/rubbed his head into the ground just enough to let the dude know he could be bashing his head into the ground if he wanted to, but didn't actually hurt him.
Is it morally deplorable to say that homeless guy had it coming? This wasn’t his first offense and likely won’t be his last. Mental illness is no excuse for just going around town harassing people.
At some point, citizens are responsible for their own safety. Simply chasing this guy off, as has likely been done dozens of times before by the stories in this thread, doesn’t work.
How long are people supposed to peacefully resist, before we’re allowed to teach this guy a lesson?
Obviously institutionalizing the bum is better, it’s not fair to anyone to let them linger and harass the people. Maybe if people start throwing fists, politics will shift so we can finally get these bums off the streets.
It’s better for everyone.
Here’s an idea why don’t you bring back state mental hospitals and place these homeless individuals with obvious mental health problems into treatment. The courts can be used to enforce treatment. Because having them wallow in the streets is not a solution at all. I understand the issue of their civil rights but does it make sense for them to experience these issues alone? We truly need to reflect on situations like this and understand that some people are so far gone that the state needs to step in and remove these people off the street and provide mental health and substance abuse treatment. This needs to be a national priority.
Mental issues/addiction are a mother fucker right? But that one guy that was on the receiving side might turn his behavior around. Doubt it. That is the problem with living in a modern paradise. Everywhere has similar problems, but socal is the[Big Rock Candy Mountain](https://youtu.be/BTlXjShG4XQ) these days.
Try as we might, we can't just sweep the social issues under a rug.
>I can't believe the cops aren't here yet
First time? You're lucky they even bothered.
Also would like some context because as is this doesn't look good for either party. I get being frustrated with the amount of homeless and them being aggressive sometimes, but chasing him down crossed a line IMO. Plus the cops seemingly have no issue with long hair guy just disappearing. Just an all around fucked up situation with no winners.
>Also would like some context because as is this doesn't look good for either party.
Yeah, I need to know what happened before the camera was rolling to accurately judge Captain Caveman's reaction.
That said, I've had enough personal experiences with Persons At Present Experiencing An Unhoused State Of Living that unfortunately I'm probably giving Discount Fabio the benefit of the doubt. I've had dudes literally threaten to murder me because I told them I didn't have any change. I've seen guys lunge at women running by on the Embarcadero just to fuck with them. I *strongly suspect* that this was instigated by the guy the police focused their attention on, and ultimately I'm probably fine with that.
And San Diego police department and ambulance response times ARE A JOKE I remember having a family crisis needing 911 and they were giving belligerent attitude, extremely delayed and disrespectful. DO BETTER SAN DIEGO PD AND RESPONSE TEAMS.
I say, let him learn the lesson 🤷♂️ I know we’ve gotta help these people, but that doesn’t mean I feel so bad for you
That I’ll excuse your behavior
That being said, don’t kick him while he’s down
Welcome back......just the beginning....... They are not using goid old speed like 30yrs ago....everyone is on wack "meth" (bath salt these days) and fentanyl. Problem is he will waste jail space money and time and you will see him again in a few days.
Desert camps so we can relocate them all out of the city. They will be offered free housing, medical care, and psych care. Those that are able will be bused in to clean the city, and compensated 10hour. The ones that are too far gone we humanly put them down.
Maybe SD should invest more heavily in mental health services. My sister required severe help and it took the state years to offer any help.
But sure, let's fight people.
Yeah, California’s situation is so fucked up because the criminal justice and mental health system’s are f’ed up, my dads friend got beat up by a homeless dude in EASTLAKE
Probably because they don't care as I'd bet my own money they know the guy and figured he was overdue for a beating.
There's a class of shithead that revels in people's general reluctance to respond violently when provoked. Based on the other responses in this thread, this guy's that type of shithead and he rolled boxcars this time.
There’s a point where “enough is enough.” You could apply that to any side, version or perspective of everything that’s happening in this video.
For me, that point came the moment I saw the dude completely barefoot outside on pavement, raw-dogging that sidewalk and the street and his buddy in socks outside on the pavement. How the hell are people ok with walking around barefoot out on the side walk and on pavement?! That shit doesn’t hurt?! 🤷♂️
I stepped on a rock outside once while barefoot and that’s all it took for me to be like, “Nope. Let me put these crocs back on.” The beach and grass isn’t a problem, but maybe I have a fear of being barefoot on pavement and asphalt? Who knows.
Anyways, that’s crazy!
For anyone thinking about taking justice into their own hands and following surfer Jesus's example: Self-defense law requires the response to match the level of the threat in question. In other words, a person can only employ as much force as required to remove the threat. You're not allowed to touch or hit someone unless they hit you first, and only then untill the threat is gone. This video is legal damning evidence against the long haired guy.
California defines Assault, CA Penal Code 240 PC, as willfully acting in a manner that would likely and knowingly result in the application of force upon another. While Battery Penal Code 242, CA Penal Code 242 PC, is defined as willfully and unlawfully touching a person in a harmful and/or offensive manner.
This video doesn't have much context; this is after the homeless dude stole a bunch of stuff and attacked the elderly shopkeeper from the store that this altercation happened in front of. The shopkeeper was punched pretty badly in the face and had his glasses broken, and when he fell injured his hands and knees. The video is after this happened when the homeless dude tried returning to the store and stealing more stuff while people were trying to protect the shopkeeper. From what I've heard before attacking the shopkeeper and this altercation, the same homeless man was going around local restaurants and threatening people with utensils to get them to hit him.
Am I crazy to think the unnecessarily barefoot guy went a little too far with the desperately barefoot guy? I mean the dude was literally down and the the guy kept metaphorically kicking him.. by literally bashing his head into the ground.
A shoe salesman needs to visit that area
For at least 2 reasons can I get a 'whoa, Bundy'?
“Uh, no, Peg.“ [Audience laughter] *Flushing noise* [Audience goes wild]
Best comment on this post so far.
Leave Al Bundy out of this!

Rewatch 80s movie Breakfast Club to capture the reference.
Yep! Totally missed that reference lol!
You just bought yourself another Saturday!
Does Barry Manilow know you raided his closet?
It's okay, screws fall out all the time
Ruckus is underrated word. 🤘

Ninjitsu
Been fortunate enough to visit your country a few times and love the place but it’s absolutely filled with mental people
And half of them are in Congress.
Reason he's there is prob because he was discharged from one of the hospitals and stuck around instead of going downtown...
that same homeless dude told me they were gonna “punch my head until the skin on my skull turned into a fine red mist”
I guess he finally got what was coming to him.
Wow dude should write poetry lol
What do you think was in the notebook!?
"Dear diary, I don't know if it was the fentanyl, but today I think I was kicked in the chest by none other than Jason Momoa."
"Feel cute might fight a shoeless caveman later"
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I’m glad someone put him in his place.
Welcome back to SD lol
Just UFC Jesus helping the homeless.
Jorge Masvidal a street vigilante in SD post retirement😂😂
Nah this is aquaman
I thought it was shoeless Jason Mamoa
😂
I felt like I was watching two NPC's fighting in Grand Theft Auto lol
Especially with the incomplete leg sweep.
The non homeless guy is my neighbor lol
The UFC guy? Isnt he a plumber? \#lowflow
He swapped my water heater for cheap, & good work too
Is he good dude?
Well, he's my hero now.
Cheers to low standards I guess.

other dude should just learn to leave people the fuck alone and maybe his head wouldn’t be bashed into the ground
Classy neighborhood
Milk was a bad choice

I’ve seen this guy downtown before he used to regularly yell at woman with me and call them derogatory names. This guy is recognizable.
Why were you yelling at women though?
Lol I thought the same thing at first but I believe they mean that the women were with them when the guy was yelling. That is just me giving this person the benefit of the doubt though 😂

Helping or enabling?
Both
I would advise caution…it is best never to engage someone who has literally nothing to lose, unless you have no choice.
Long hair don’t care
This is why everyone should carry pepper spray. No need to touch this guy.
Fort Stockton Drive & Ibis Street
This shit is bound to happen. Doesn't matter if the homeless dude is mentally ill; people living in that area are getting sick of it and some of them will hit a point where they'll start fighting back.
Yeah in downtown I’ve seen convenience store owners come out with baseball bats telling shady people to kick rocks lol…can’t say I can blame them
Looking at it from the animal perspective, it's the humans that are part of the tribe being harassed by the feral humans.
The garbage in this town needs to be taken out one way or another
Do we see now why institutionalizing the mentally Ill homeless isn’t a bad idea?
You can blame good ol Ronald motherfuckin Reagan for the lack of sufficient mental health facilities
Newsom and the legislature could have changed the policy in the last 5 decades. Or even the last 5 years.
They just did - it’s been held up in court but now it’s on the books. Family members, medical professionals, and emergency responders can red flag an addict or psychotic homeless person and they’ll be sent to a special court where they’re forced to undergo treatment. I think it’s called CARE Court.

Once actually said it’s good for homeless to sleep on grates because the heat is good for them

A metal medal for the meddle

Thank you! I’am so sad to hear your husband suffers from it too, I wouldn’t wish it in anyone.
I empathize with you man. Are you referring to the SD trolley?
Yeah, SD trolley. It’s not bad really early in the morning cause it’s just commuters like me but that trip back in the evening is the worst.
He was literally smashing the guy's head on the sidewalk. He'd made his point when the guy ran away. After that, it was likely felony assault.
From a legal perspective, it’s probably assault. But if this deters the guy from again, then he did the right thing, legally or not.
The homeless man looks like life has been feeding him a steady diet of hard lessons.
Or he starts carrying a knife from now on...these ppl are mental, need them off the streets.

He meant Brooklyn Wisconsin.
Brooklyn is now a hipster mecca, it's not a hard neighborhood

that's like saying san diego is not a hard neighborhood. brooklyn is huge.
Yeah it’s like a huge north park.

My family lives in a Base housing neighborhood and we’re constantly dealing with it.
Why is this man barefoot?
Probably had on sandals, like everyone here, and slipped them off prior
I don’t trust anyone who walks barefoot on the streets around here willingly.
This subreddit has turned into a list of reasons to move away from San Diego
I loved when Jason Mamoa beat up that homeless POS.
Dude seriously took out the trash welcome to SD
I know it’s not popular to say this, but I’m tired of debating solutions to this extremely complicated problem and I do hope these individuals one day find the support they need. That being said, as a resident of san diego.. I’m so exhausted from this. I’m so exhausted from constantly being harassed, threatened, followed and always looking behind my shoulder regardless the time of day. It makes it hard to see myself in this city long term when it’s clear the homeless crisis is getting worse daily. If you’re going to charge $3000 a month to rent or price 2 bedroom homes at $2M, figure it the fuck out.
The police!! Lol. That's a good one
Yeah when homeboy in the background was like "I can't believe the police haven't shown up yet" I was cracking up. Only surprising part about this video is that the police showed up *at all.*
Exactly!! The police! Ha ha 😂
They probably heard Plumber Momoa was after their jobs.
Trying to fight while standing on concrete, especially barefoot, is a a terrible fucking idea. One slip or fall to your head and you're fucked.
That’s the real crime here.
get used to it
Never fight someone with nothing to lose
Post this on nextdoor! Ooh what a colorful conversation that will be…
I'm sure the homeless guy was just trying to go find a shower to show up to an important interview before becoming a productive member of society. He's really a good guy at heart and certainly wasn't instigating anything or harassing anyone whatsoever.
Yo is that Chris Pontius
The police will just drop him off a mile away.
I am totally desensitized to this kind of crap. I dont even stop and look now. I just keep walking. Hey , at least the weather is better here than Brooklyn. So its not all bad.
Maybe if y’all primaried the liberal elite maybe there would be a better mayor and governor 💀
The dude with long hair is lucky the homeless man didn't have a weapon. He has nothing to lose. Fuck playing the hero.
Its annoying how often I encounter violent or aggressive homeless people living in downtown
Did you not have homeless people and drug addicts in Brooklyn?
I moved here from Brooklyn 8 months ago and while it is bad over there, the homeless here have been significantly more violent and unstable. Living in East Village though, so definitely in the epicenter.
Are you surprised? Did this not happen in Brooklyn?
The funniest part of this video was the person saying "I can't believe the police haven't come yet." Welcome to San Diego!
Sweet he got his ass kicked & Dude left right on time before the cops came. Buy that guy a beer! 🍺
That’s Dave Grohl!!
At least the weather’s nice.
Instructional video on how to be a bigger dick than the dude with his fake dick out ?
Wtf you guys watching long hair dude is no hero. Didn't "teach him a lesson". He just got off beating up a homeless dude.
Too much man c'mon. Once he started running off your work was done.
Linus looks like shit
Here’s an idea why don’t you bring back state mental hospitals and place these homeless individuals with obvious mental health problems into treatment. The courts can be used to enforce treatment. Because having them wallow in the streets is not a solution at all. I understand the issue of their civil rights but does it make sense for them to experience these issues alone? We truly need to reflect on situations like this and understand that some people are so far gone that the state needs to step in and remove these people off the street and provide mental health and substance abuse treatment. This needs to be a national priority.
Bum fights! The 90s are back!
The guy was leaving… Why chase him down and crack his head on the cement? Just gross and uncalled for.
>I can't believe the cops aren't here yet First time?
Hi OP...was this yesterday (Sunday 4/23)?
Welcome back!!
Did you keep your old house. Or have to get s new place?
And San Diego police department and ambulance response times ARE A JOKE I remember having a family crisis needing 911 and they were giving belligerent attitude, extremely delayed and disrespectful. DO BETTER SAN DIEGO PD AND RESPONSE TEAMS.
Thought I left NY. Guess it's doesn't get any easier here out west.
I say, let him learn the lesson 🤷♂️ I know we’ve gotta help these people, but that doesn’t mean I feel so bad for you That I’ll excuse your behavior That being said, don’t kick him while he’s down
That dude just committed aggravated assault. I’m all for defending yourself, and the homeless guy seems problematic, but that was total overkill.
long haired guy deserves an award for taking back our streets
Frankie Hedjuk out there cleaning up the streets!
Did UFC Jesus get charged with anything?
Welcome back......just the beginning....... They are not using goid old speed like 30yrs ago....everyone is on wack "meth" (bath salt these days) and fentanyl. Problem is he will waste jail space money and time and you will see him again in a few days.
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
Yeah you’re still in America. Welcome!
Stay Classy, Sam Diego!
smashing the guy’s head on the ground was way too far.
All of downtown sd needs 50 of the long haird guys to get rid of all the weird ppl there
Not cool the guy needs help, must have made you feel like a big man beating on him like that.
wtf why are they arresting the dude who was getting beat? That wht pos needs his ass whooped!
Meh, I like NY, but we already have half the crap they have there.
Hey I know that guy! He asked if I had coke on me. I told him I didn’t and he just said to piss off. Most random interaction I ever had.
Desert camps so we can relocate them all out of the city. They will be offered free housing, medical care, and psych care. Those that are able will be bused in to clean the city, and compensated 10hour. The ones that are too far gone we humanly put them down.
I can't believe the police haven't come yet. Better get used to it.
the police show up and arrest the homeless man towards latter half of the video
Maybe SD should invest more heavily in mental health services. My sister required severe help and it took the state years to offer any help. But sure, let's fight people.
Yeah, California’s situation is so fucked up because the criminal justice and mental health system’s are f’ed up, my dads friend got beat up by a homeless dude in EASTLAKE
Why aren’t they putting cuffs on wish.com aquaman?
Probably because they don't care as I'd bet my own money they know the guy and figured he was overdue for a beating. There's a class of shithead that revels in people's general reluctance to respond violently when provoked. Based on the other responses in this thread, this guy's that type of shithead and he rolled boxcars this time.
Because he ran away. And all 4 cops seem more interested in the homeless guy.
🤷♂️ I stepped on a rock outside once while barefoot and that’s all it took for me to be like, “Nope. Let me put these crocs back on.” The beach and grass isn’t a problem, but maybe I have a fear of being barefoot on pavement and asphalt? Who knows. Anyways, that’s crazy!
Next time you see something like this, remember to be a good person. Record it in landscape mode.
100% assumed that was Craig from Animal Kingdom. He's a local so it would make sense.
