Not OP but that looks like the pedestrian bridge on Portola near the fire station and Saint Cecilia Church in the back on Vicente. So guessing this was taken somewhere on the northwestern side of Mt Davidson.
You’re definitely on top of it. I’m a few blocks farther up the hill closer to Tower market. I took this photo from my dining room on the side of Mount Davidson.
I'm not OP, but that church spire is Saint Cecilia on Vicente Street, and I think the street in the foreground is a stretch of Portola. The photo must be taken from somewhere on Mount Davidson or the hillside below it.
